Food was nice but it took absolutely forever to have the food served and the waitress are really inexperienced and forget about tables.

I went to pick up my order, I asked for Don Julio soup, I asked for extra liquid because my son doesn't feel good he can eat more liquid. I order another dish, dessert and coffe. I checked the bag they didn't put the extra liquid on the side. I asked why since I had done before and they were acting like i was liying, the server was nice and understanding but the supposed owner was rude and want to showed off. She was fighting over liquid not meat or shimp, for extra liquid. I was upset because I told them I had paid extra just for the extra liquid and they were like it was not true. I had to tell them I don't have to lie about this and left, but the supposed owner told I'm the owner and let's see if I sale you again as I was walking out. Come on this super rediculus. I loved the food but she The owners needs cudtomer services skills.

I ordered takeout last night and was told to wait about 45 minutes for it to be ready. I waited and once I arrived to pick up the food I was shocked by the total cost of my takeout. I got a leche de tigre which was very small by the way, one side order of potatoes, one tallarine verde with chicken, and one Lomo Saltado. The total for the bill was about $63 for those 2 entrees and 2 small apps. I didn’t question it but I did take a menu home and once I calculated my bill for what I got, I realized I’d been ripped off by over $15. Honestly very upset and won’t be coming back. Careful and check your bill before you pay!
Nice, no pretensions. Good food. The gentleman was very cordial. The only thing that ruined my lunch was the VERY PERFUMY spray the used to clean the tables while I was eating. That was a disgusting disruption. Your food smells and tastes like the cleaner. Table should be cleaned with a mix of alcohol and water. You cannot used anything that interfer with food aroma. The service was really bad, our waitress gave us bad service since we got there, she kept forgetting our order, we asked her for more sauce and she never came back with it she was to busy talking to other employees or to busy taking out the trash, the food was bad, it didn’t have any flavor, she also took forever just to give us our check wasn’t worth paying what we paid, definitely won’t be coming back to this restaurant.
