They took a while to deliver my order but in the application it came out as delivered when they had not delivered anything to me yet, they do it so as not to give the free pizza for 2 minutes in the delivery, they take time to deliver and put it as COMPLETED

One of the worst services I place order online after 10 minutes they canceled order when I call store more then 30 minutes no one pick up why they canceled order there is othe pizza place In town too no more you Domino bye bye
This place is HORRIBLE!!! I placed an order and after an hour and 15 minutes I get a call saying they had no delivery driver!! After waiting an hour and 15 minutes.
I'd say they usually miss the details on my multiple orders in past yet I choose them since I love Domino's pizza and it's the only one in the neighborhood. Plus 3 out of 5 orders last month I got cheated on the curbside pickup timer. They stop the timer after 15-20 sec, drop it off after 2 mins and just apologize for being late. I also emailed management, but have yet to hear back from them. Furthermore, certain staff, especially the supervisor, must reduce their unpleasant, bossy attitude toward customers. Furthermore, this business is often out of plates and napkins.
I placed an order at 8:00 pm and still 10:00 the pizza it not home. The tracker is not accurate. Nobody take the phone.

I live literally down the street and consistently have waited a long time to receive my food. I always try to give benefit of the doubt but it’s every time I order for delivery. Sits in quality check for over an hour and food comes cold. Honestly not sure if it’s laziness or lack of delivery drivers but it needs to be addressed. Smh.
I waited over 2 hours for my delivery and when i went into the physical store to get compensated for my order, the manager, whom i believe was named Ruben and was working the night of December 23rd, 2021, could not help me. He told me to either cancel the order and he would throw away the food or contact customer service for a refund. He proceeded to fight back and forth for several minutes and attempted to tell the delivery driver the order was cancelled. I also tried to contact the store and was on hold for 20 minutes before they rudely hung up on me. He was not professional at all. Terrible service here, i do not recommend coming to this establishment.
