App said food was delivered. No food. Called the store, said give driver another 5-10 minutes. Another 30 minutes, driver said it was delivered. There’s NO FOOD. Not sure where the driver left it but it wasn’t my house.

Pizza was delicious! Ordered at 11:06 I think. By the time I'm getting done getting ready, the pizza was done! Food was delicious!!

I spent an hour on the phone, with BOTH of Patersons domino's locations 21st Ave and Smith street... NO ONE ANSWERED AT ALL.It clearly said on their site "Opened" ONE hour on hold!!! So I called the main Ave Passaic location, it's now 11:10am, dude said "we opened late, and are not going to start for another 20minutes"So, I called the 504 Van Houten ave Clifton location, IMMEDIATELY! IMMEDIATELY! he said, we'll have it done before 12, which is what I needed, that's why I started calling at 10am... I get to the Clifton location around 11:20am. I WAS OUT OF THERE by 11:46. Plenty of time for me to get back to Paterson to drop off at the school. Dustin and Cherry awesome customer service, great team work, my order was made to perfection and on time!!!! Never again Paterson locations, never again.. mind you I was reaching out to corporate, now I see why Paterson don't answer, because neither does corporate... Great work, very satisfied customer because of Dustin and Cherry!!!

The meal desk is a good value .the cheesy bites were tasty...the cinnamon bites were sweet and gooey...the thin crust pizza was amazing and the chicken topping we picked was seasoned just right. We only made 1 choice that was not to our liking...the zesty sauce we picked to top the 2nd pizza we weren't a fan of...next visit we got both pizzas marinara???

I can’t honestly say I’ve never had domino’s as bad as it is from this location. We ordered 3 things. One pizza, an order of boneless wings and cheesy bread. The pizza was all crumpled up in the box. The cheesy bread was unrecognizable. And the wings came with the wrong sauces. So all 3 things were absolutely terrible. After a couple of disappointing bites, we threw everything in the trash.

Pizza is solid. Good for a change of pace. Some of the chicken dishes for 5.99 are a steal. Super fast service. Pick up or delivery, orders always fulfilled correctly .

They are literally theifs. I made an online purchase and paid through PayPal. After delivering the pizza and giving me the receipt with the correct amount of the transaction. They made a new PayPal transaction with an additional amount. Moreover, they are so rude, unprofessional. They don't deserve my business.

WORST LOCATION EVER, where’s the manager? Supervisor or anything ! They Do not answer phone calls if there’s any complain, JUSTIN delivery guy didnt make it to location and didnt even called, so marked “delivered” and Left, after trying to place order again he keep canceling my Order, NOT ORDERING AGAIN EVER.

The worst location ever. I placed an order with a delivery and waited for 20 minutes with the mobile tracker and suddenly they gave me a call saying they can't provide a delivery so had to cancel the order. I was not satisfied with the answer over the phone and tried calling back but no answer, I went in person and the young boy said the order is cancelled and will get the refund in 5-7 business days, I waited for 9 business days, meanwhile I filed a complaint to the corporate but no response from them either for almost 4 days, no calls can be made to the customer care and when there was no refund, I tried calling back to the store and the guy said the other team members that day might be busy so they might have forgotten to cancel the order and I am like I came in person and the young boy said they cancelled so basically they lied and wanted to steal money, what crooks!! The guy over the phone had no answer and refunded my money over the phone. Is this a joke? Is this kind of a service to be provided to the customers? The problem is the lack of proper training to the staff working there, if they were trained enough by the manager or owner, the problem would not arise. Don't know who to blame, the owner or the staff? I would NEVER ever go to this location and recommend anyone.

Staff is overwhelmed with all the orders. The management should turn off the online order if they don't have enough staff. This one star review is for the management. We ordered yesterday night and after waiting for 2 hours for order to arrive decided to call but there is no one picking up the call. Went there to check and show 15 people waiting in line for their orders and there are only 2 people preparing orders. After spending half an hour, finally was able to check the order status and leaned that the order was never even prepared. Yet to see money back in the card but the staff was able to cancel the order.
