too long of a wait for my order, the service and person on the counter was extremely rude.
Way to expensive! They also charge you extra if you use a CREDIT CARD! I was supposed to pay $32 and she charged me $48! I might as well go to a restaurant better.
Worst customer service!!! The lady attending the front was extremely rude. After getting my order wrong, she denied a refund and started downright cursing and saying extremely offensive comments. This place needs to be shut down!!!
Love this place the food is always on point, I'd highly recommend it to anyone in the area
First time I ordered in person the owner was there and I was there for 20 minutes before she looked at me and that’s because she had no choice but to look my way …. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for a club sandwich. Second time I ordered through Uber eats and picked up and took 1hour for a chimi and 2 beef empanadas . 3rd time and last i waited 2 hours for 2 club sandwiches and 2 sodas……….. never again …. I have to many chances to a place that clearly don’t care to give a good service. Adios !!!!!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER!!!!They make you wait for an hour for a chimi if you go in person to the restaurant. And Don’t even bother ordering on Uber Eats either you will wait for 2 hours for your food and get a notification your order was cancelled!

Don’t even bother ordering from here ESPECIALLY through Uber eats.. the store hours on the Uber eats app are wrong. I waited over an hour for food that was clearly never going to arrive. The whole time the store was closed. Ridiculous
Crazy. The food isn’t bad but the mess up your order every freaking time. Ordered a chimi. Since when do those have bacon in it?Ordered a cheese empanada ; got a chicken one.Ordered a club sandwich got a pork sausage platter with sweet plantainsOrdered a lemonade & got a passion fruit drink.And yes this is 4 separate times. Safe to say I gave them more than a fair chance.
Some time they make the food good but today I can’t said the same. The food was cool and I don’t get what I want. The chicken was like the just come out from the freezer. And the 2 lady are sooooo unprofessional too sooo I goin to came back ?? No I don’t.
