The manager is disrespectful. The service is slow and bad. If you order through the app you might have to wait for half an hour.
In Burger King, They take so long literally waited for aboit 10 minutes. Don't even think I should give a 1 star. Highly not recommended.
Terrible servive, the Manager wants to sell you whatever he wants, not what you really wants and aparently the Manager got some hey hearding problems so the company should retire him inmideately for a better Burer King's customer service!!! ???
The only problem is they are short staffed just like every other place so the drive-thru is always long. But its it's convenient and the staff is great.
Should be a 0 the manager is extremely rude to all of the employees in front of customers the employees do not smile they argue with how you want your food done and its nasty i went there a few times and everytime same thing

The worst customer service. The girl who takes the order for drive thru has a really bad attitude. My hunger went away after talking to her. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
This burger king may very well be the very worst in service and staff I have witnessed in all of the fast food places I have ever been too!!! The mess up on orders , the can not speak well and at times the speaker at drive in sounds muzzled ! The fries are severed cold ! And they are to thin !SODA IS HIGHLY CARBONATED BUT LACKS FLAVOR. NOT MAY MANAGERS NEVER STAT LONG. AND VERY Limited. WENT TO Wendys AND WHITE Castle MORE WORKERS THE B. K. IN PASSAIC !LAST THE TEND TO THE DRIVE UPS THAT THEY DO WITH THE DINE IN PEOPLE. I Ordered Three Items & Only Recieved 1Item & Was charged Anyway. & I Called Them & Was Told The Manager Wasn't There Until I Had A Complaint & Wanted A Refund Then All Parties Involved Got Amnisha. Still Got Charged 4 one Item & Was Out$12 Dollars.Never Passaic BK.Again.
