First visit to this park, I loved the scenery and cafe. Great coffee and walking distance from the train! Hopefully someday driving instead to this area.
Cutest little spot in the heart of PASSAIC, with a beautiful view outside. Very good place for relaxation and hang out with family and friends. Highly recommended.

Better than any Starbucks and Panera Bread when it comes out to hanging out and unwind with a cup of coffee. Kids love it. Across from it is a small ice rink and behind is the pond. Employees are down to earth and sweet.
It is a great place. Their coffee is SUPERB!!! I am there almost every morning sipping my coffee surranded by the beautiful geen scenerary. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly with all patrons.
This is my FAV spot to work at! I love jammin to their music playlist while at my laptop. Its a friendly atmosphere and the service is amazing!Make sure you try out the wraps or paninis when you come here and my go to is an iced coffee with a little bit of milk.
The best $5 iced latte, friendly staff & very accommodating. I got a chance to bump into the owner and he made sure to bake some fresh chocolate cookies for me! Who does that?! Talk about hospitality. The boathouse cafe is my new favorite spot.
