a place that I don't go back for everything they want to charge you and the manager is all angry if you ask for a pack of ketchup she says it's 50 cents not for the 50 cents just that it's a consumer abuse in another banana king they don't charge you any of this only here in the city of passaic.
What a shame that this place has decent food and such awful staff. This isn't the 1st time we've had a problem with Maria. Her supervisor is aware and clearly nothing has been done. She is rude and unprofessional. She leaves you on hold for 15 minutes while she jokes around with other staff members. When I drove to the location my husband was still on hold and she was doing nothing. When I asked to speak to the manager she said no one knows the manager. She said it in Spanish " No Se " . When I placed my order and asked if she could at least tell me how long for our food, she went to the back to ask and stayed talking to the cooks. Completely ignored me. When she gave me my daughters food she slammed the food on the counter. I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. Clearly she must have forgotten that her name would show on the receipt. I will be taking this up with corporate. I don't understand how they can have someone as rude and unprofessional working with the public. VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Is a nice place , no expensive ,you have wait maybe ? 10 minutes , please try the shakes , they don't have parking lot ...
I am sorry I gave this place another chance. The food used to be good. Now the empanadas are hard as a rock they gave me old ones mixed with fresh, plus the pan de Bonos Are horrible, they used to be soft and nice but now this place is trash and it’s not the cheapest.
Always get the chicken empanada from here and it's good. I've tried the salchipapa it's good in flavor but too greasy didn't sit well with me.

Great night grab-and-go!! However, wait time will be long. The employees work hard and try to do their job as efficient and professional as possible but they seem to have too much work for the amount of employees available. Also tried calling and that did not work out.
Amazing food. Word of advice if its busy dont expect your food to be serve until 30-60 minutes after ordering.
the cuban sandwiches tasted so great..just pricey…although having a place thats open for 24 hours is really clutch for late night eat
