I've been going to this place over 20 years. The family that owns it are very nice and hardworking. The service is great . I highly recommend it you will enjoy the food.
My wife and I indeed have been greatly honored in being regular habitues of this establishment now for several years and have always enjoyed it to the most superlative degree! The friendly and attending staffers of young, skilled and congenial family members have routinely enthused their utmost in their culinary dedication and insistence upon serving great and delicious food, as well as regaling excellent service to their grateful customers, in a clean, tranquil and relaxing atmosphere; indeed a wise and thoughtful raison d'tre, which ensures prompt future occasions of their customers to return once again and avail themselves of the wonderful indulgence of their favorite viands once more! Hence, if these dedicated culinary nobility aren't paid in gold every day, indeed, they should be!
My family have been patrons of Valentino's for at least 15 years. The food has usually been exceptional. However, since dealing with a new, younger manager/owner?, the service and attention to detail is severely lacking. The father was always generous and we can't hold any complaints against him.The primary reason for this 1 star review is because the customer service was not handled professionally. My dad has been sick and is on a really strict diet and it's hard for them to order from a place. My parents placed a custom order and did get what they asked for. It's okay to make mistakes. It's not okay to treat your customers poorly.My parents were told not to return. For us, that isn't the way to treat your regular customers. Sorry that my parents tried to help.Now, we will help other patrons when deciding to order from a place that talks back to their customers. Try Parsippany's Best, Anthony Francos or Baldwin Pizza instead. While nobody is perfect, their food and service is on point. Valentino's, please do right by your customers.
Love there pizza. The best around! I never have a problem with any of my orders there super nice and foods always fresh!
Used to live in Lake Hiawatha and visited Valentinos every Friday night for the great food and family atmosphere. We moved to North Carolina in 2018 but EVERY time we get back to the olde stomping grounds, Valentinos Friday is amust. Do you think they deliver to Eden NC?
What kind of business sticks it’s nose in their employees’ FAMILY COURT issues. Providing fake proof of lower salaries so your sleazy staff can skimp on child support is disgusting. I hope you know you’ll be held accountable next time about providing false payroll documentation to the court system.
I give them a 4 star, they are a pizza restaurant with good food, but seem to vary on there regular customers, when asked to make a custom order, will go great for about 8 months and then current is not the same and not the custom I order weekly, something is wrong here and hope they correct
Least positive experience of any pizza place in the remote area that I’ve ordered from. Placed online order for pasta dish and slice of pizza. Went to pick up at the time the confirmation page told me to and the pasta dish took an additional 15 minutes from that time. Not a huge deal but seemed strange because it was a slow night and small order. When the pasta was ready they grabbed the bagged up slice from on top of the oven that they heated up a half an hour ago when I originally placed the order. A real pizza shop would have waited to heat up the slice until rest of food was ready (or even near ready) .On top of that they have online ordering fee and pasta dish was underwhelming.
I took my ninety year old mother to this establishment for a casual Sunday evening meal. The young man who seated me outside at my request was as kind, caring, and sweet as an individual could be. His sister brought the food the table and she was as sweet. The food was great as was the service. Please do not ever tell me about a lack of work ethic in the younger generation. These two were incredible and I would give Valentino's 100 stars if Google allowed.
Just had a sit down dinner here and first off the bread they served my family had green mold on it . The waitress took it back and brought more moldy bread but it had white fuzzy mold on it everybody knows what mold looks like except our horrible rude waitress the rest of the meals we ordered were served cold and almost every customer sitting down complained just like my family. The owner wasn’t there tonight I will be calling him and the health department. You can’t try to hid moldy food and serve it !!!!
