My family just ordered for the first time, and one of the chicken sandwiches we ordered was completely raw inside- disgusting and dangerous. We called and didn't get much help from whoever answered- we were told to "go online to get a refund" but when we looked we found nothing to indicate how or where on the site to do that. Won't ever order again.

Good even great burgers. I think is new managers from the last time I came. The portabella burger is a hit, love the sauce and generous mushrooms. The Sabra Barbara has a lemony taste from the avocado which is too overpowering reason for the minus star. Keep it up

I have never almost instantly written a review. But for The Habit? It's absolutely necessary. My son and I wanted some burgers, and since we are staying in the area we decided to order from here. I'd heard about this place before, but oh my goodness. Absolutely wonderful.Everything we ordered was delicious. It felt and tasted like we were grilling in the backyard...but better! I don't know how to describe it exactly. But the BBQ burger (add avocado), the kids burger, the fries, and the brussel sprouts were so so good.We are going through alot right now, and the comfort food of a delicious burger always helps. If you haven't ordered from The Habit yet, do so on the next beautiful spring day. No cleanup, and you get that backyard outdoor grill picnic with friends and family vibe. All good!!!

First time eating here, although I have passed this place tens of dozens of times. Ordered the Baja burger and tempura string beans, it was delicious...all of it. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I WILL BE BACK!!

We ordered through the website and doordash delivered. Our orders were wrong. Ordered BBQ burgers with no BBQ sauce. Ordered two shakes asked for whipped cream never got that. Ordered a diet coke, got a regular coke. We couldnt reach anyone at "the Habit burger grill" no one can answer a phone. Also the burgers were poorly made and wrapped. How our order came out it looks like who ever works there doesn't care or just lazy!

I am not big into hamburgers but the first couple of times I ate that the Habit I was very impressed with the quality of the burger , the bun and all the added stuff. I am afraid this last time it reminded me of Wendy's burgers. It was not awful but a bit soggy and just ok. May be my bad luck and I will try it again to be sure.

My reasoning for one star is not due to the actual food, But the fact that yesterday I went there and there was a grown man working the front register coughing blowing his nose and unmasked. The crew actually cooking the food was masked but the gentleman at the register was obviously sick. Totally unacceptable.

Unacceptable treatment today around 4:15 p.m. by that middle aged gentleman tending the counter. He seemed disgruntled and just mad. Even if he owned the restaurant, someone with that attitude should not be taking in person orders from customers. I ordered the charburger #1 combo and the order was botched in what appears to be deliberate. I approached the guy in a pleasant manner but he seemed predisposed from the start. I kept the cool to avoid a fruitless confrontation but likely will not return to that location despite liking their burgers a lot. The Asian young girl is awesome in customer service, please let her take charge of customers and get the rabid dog out of that place before he causes certain liabilities to your business.

I hate to do this, but it has been frustrating and not resolved. We do like the food and have been ordering at least once a week for quite a while. Due to the pandemic I have been opting for curbside or counter pickup. Tonight I needed to try delivery, first time. The app let me choose delivery and I had to choose one. I chose doordash. Received notifications of the delivery, but it wasn’t delivered to our house. I called the restaurant and was pretty much told not their problem, contact doordash. Which makes sense if I had a doordash account and arranged this through them. I managed to reach doordash and they tried to resolve things, but were stymied because the restaurant would not answer the phone. That is NOT acceptable. So if you go in to pickup, you’re ok. If you need customer service, you are screwed. They offer delivery from inside their app, so they should stand behind that service and not push it off onto their partners. Not a happy camper.
