Originally I had my review set to 1 star because of the wait from the last time I was here. My experience today changed that to 5 stars because the drive-thru employee was so kind and understanding, and even gave me 2 coupons for free tacos! That is how you handle your customers. Great job to this employee wish I got his name to mention him here
Walked in on Tuesday. 5 - 6 employees working. 2 customers eating at a table and 5 cars in the drive up. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to be helped and employees kept looking at me and walking by. Other customers kept walking in and leaving because no one was being helped. Poor poor management here ( the manager also walked by and looked at me waiting and continued on his way.
This Taco Bell is my freaking favorite in the country. I've been to TB's in several states from coast to coast, and the people who work in this one are legitimate royalty. Thank you, kings and queens who work in this Taco Bell, for being a source of regular quality. ??Update several months (years?) later - this is still the case. I think I've had one or two messed up orders here but ultimately I trust these ppl to make a delicious burrito.
Went through the drive-thru and the employee wasn't understanding anything we were saying and repeated the order back incorrectly several times. Requested iced coffee and got hot. Asked for a potato burrito and got sausage. Attention to detail is severely lacking here.
Went through Drive Thru to get some food, got everything except for the cheesy fiesta potatoes which we didn't notice until when we got back. I tried calling the location, but no one answers, and I left a message while I heard my voice echo back while their phone line beeped obnoxiously, but haven't received a call back yet. Probably not worth fixing for them, and probably not worth eating here again either.
They used to be good but for moths now they have been awful. Drive thru lines are 30 minuets or longer, they no longer customize orders so orders are wrong and the staff is rude. Maybe once in a while orders are made correctly but again the staff just doesn't care. Something needs to be done about this because they will lose business if it continues.
Slow staff and zero expedition skills on behalf of the manager make this place a headache every time I go there. Got 2 stars because it’s clean. Can’t say anything else nice about it
Worst Customer Service, Always give Wrong Food, Better Manager/Staff not working in Hospital or Pharmacy.... .. No value of Customer Service...Sweet Answer for them Call 1800 Taco bell
Spent over 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru line and saw 0 people get their food before I decided to leave and spend my money elsewhere. Whoever owns this franchise needs to do better
Ordered before hand through the app but had to wait 45 minutes because they didn’t make it. Had to reorder. The staff didn’t even bother to ask about my order and hurry up. Ridiculous.
