Placed the order through counter and waited for 10 mins just for a coffee. People after me all got their orders but this guy wears glasses kept saying he’s working on it but never did until I went over to him second time.I have customized my coffee and you fked up because you were kept chatting with your friends.An advice for this employee would be. Do you Job without chatting with your friends.What a horrible experience, didn’t even want to say thank you?
Drinks took forever and it seemed like the guys were just screwing around behind the counter
Everyone is super nice, always come to order to my usual and they always have it prepared as I walk on up! Love a place that can work as a team and provide excellent service, that truly gets me through the day! Megan made a delicious caramel macchiato and Yacek provided great hospitality at register! Can’t wait to come back again
Was very good, however, recently they have messed up too many orders. Incorrect orders, cold lattes & today a venti steamed milk!! No coffee, no cinnamon, just hot milk!!! Very disapointing !!!
i ordered a drink that they were not able to make so i orded something else and the person a the desk said these exact words “Well that’s a different flavor profile that’s try this drink and then if you don’t like it i’ll make you the other drink but unfortunately you have to pay for both drinks” I ordered a drink that means you give the costumer the drink they order you don’t order for them i am very upset with that starbucks very disappointed bc that has never happed at that starbucks i think he should be fired bc that was just not fair-Isabella
Very terrible. Bad management. The manager slams the window door in your face if you have a complaint about an order instead of apologizing
