Friendly staff and fast service
I go to this Starbucks literally 4 days per week, in the morning, on my way to work. I mobile order and my order is ready in the 15 min it takes to get there. Lovely service, no issues.HOWEVER today is the 3rd time in the last few months I have arrived to pick up my order and the cafe is CLOSED for mobile order pickup. Meaning they want everyone to go to the drive thru. EVERYONE. On a normal day it takes at least 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. Which I do not have time for. Hence the mobile order…Today the line was all the way out spilling onto the street, so there was no way I could get through in time to go to work.All I’m saying is, if you need to close the cafe, DONT ALLOW MOBILE ORDERS. I’ve lost probably like $30 due to mornings like this. PLEASE please management, just shut it off!
We’ve ordered here almost 3 times a week. There are many disappointing points I would like to say. 1) If you order frappuccino, they never give you full amount. That’s so ridiculous 2)the taste is really bland 3) sometimes if you order hot latte, the milk is still cold.No quality control! Will not order from here although close to my home
The coffee house has great waiters, and they are always happy for everyone who comes in to order an invigorating and fragrant coffee.
I love love this Starbucks! I come here every day and everyone is so sweet specially Abi and Dan. They make my day so much better. Super quick and amazing service. The drinks are A1. Best Starbucks in the area. Maybe even the state!!!
Abi provided excellent customer service and made my drink perfectly. Will be coming to this location again even though it is farther than my normal spot.
Very few people in the location but very long line of cars for drive through. I skipped the regular entrance and entered through the next one.Nice place. I left my phone on table to step away for a sec and some employee took custody of my phone so no one picks it. I appreciate the care.
coffee was good. The service was the worst I've ever had at a Starbucks!!When I arrived there were 3 people waiting for there orders and buy there looks they weren't Happy, so now I was wondering how long it would take omg did I make a mistake and now it was almost 20minutes and I was about to ask for a refund and just then my orders came out.Never again will I go back to this Starbucks!!
One of the few places that has drive through, which is pretty convenient when you work in the area. If you want to work inside is pretty cozy
