Tasty food. High price as everywhere else these days but friendly staff, quick service.
Upon entry I was greeted warmly by the cashier, she took my order and answer any questions I had about my food. It was nice, quiet and clean so you know I suggest you to stop by for a burger if you are thinking about it. My food was good ??

Tasty burgers. The size of the milkshakes is too small and smaller than it used to be before the pandemic. But everything tastes great.
Called in four separate orders for 12:15 at 11:40am. No issue placing order. When we arrive, order was bagged separately but charged together. The cashier (bald with glasses. hopefully not the manager) refused to rering the order and wasted time rudely arguing with us when he could have just voided it on the POS and sent us on our merry way. Our pregnant coworker’s order was wrong too.. but we figured he was having such a bad day we didn’t want to inconvenience him further. The worst customer service exchange I have experienced. We will not be giving this location any more of our business. A pandemic and work shortage isn’t a pass to act out.Edited to add: I emailed the address given by the company on the reply to my review and have not received a response. So far they’ve only made things right as far as optics go.
Placed an order over the phone specified that the orders were seperate when we got there the cashier stated we could not pay separately it was rung up as one order tried to explain that wasn't correct we specified we were paying for 4 seperate orders asked if it could be voided and re rung cashier was very rude said no that wasn't necessary we frequent hear alot this is the first time we get treated so rudly couldn't see the cashiers name but he's bald and wears glasses I don't think I'll be coming here anymore!!! Very disappointed!!!
Smash burger is fantastic , no better burgers in the area
The staff was getting slammed with orders when we arrived, but they did an excellent job juggling everything. Burger qas very good. Love that you can order tots and onion strings. Always have has a good experience at a Smashburger.
I feel sorry for the managers who work for this group. They dog their managers, they have no clue on how to create a culture. In this work environment, companies are begging for managers. Don’t stay here, there are way better jobs out there and these cats are amateurs. Get that resume tidied up and later for this company
