Our first time here and it was great. My son has food allergies and they were very accommodating and even double checked their ingredients to make sure my son could safely eat. We had a large party with us and ordered at the register. Food came out correctly and quickly. Food was great for fast food. Can't wait to go back
Food is great. Liked it. Regretfully lousy personnel. 1st timer. Wanted to try the burger since I love burgers. But it took 28 minutes to get my burger, had to go and look for my burger since I never got texted as instructed at the kiosk. By the way, kiosk is user friendly! When the lady handed my burger, it was freezing cold. Cheese looked like was there forever. When I told the lady I didn't want that thing, she didn't like it. Took it back. Had a little chat back with, I assumed the cook and a helper, 5 minutes later I got another burger which the lady rudely threw along with a tray, said nothing, turned away like serving a dog. Unbelievable. I was shocked, but also very hungry so I went to devour my burger. My wife was fired up because of the lady's attitude. But I just wanted to eat my burger. Great taste ! Awful attitude. But maybe it was just today.
Great food and nice outdoor seating. Kiosk ordering makes it easy to order and service was fast. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Will definitely go again.
First time trying Shake Shack as we have none in Canada. Ordered a Buffalo chicken burger, and a Regular burger with avacado. As well as milkshakes on the side. The food was much better than I expected. I enjoy how you can choose your burgers to have a light pink centre or well done. The milkshakes is what you’d imagine a milkshake to be. The chicken burger had a wonderful big piece of chicken. All the pieces complimented each other. The only downside was the breading was okay.I really enjoyed the simplicity of ordering using the touchpad screens. However, I noticed workers would accommodate individuals (seniors) who preferred to face to face ordering. The customizing of each item is also a nice touch.Overall, Very cleanly space. Quick service. Will be coming again.
My Buffalo chicken sandwich was good, I liked the bun, the sauce, and the chicken. Also, the cheese fries were good.Placed my order using one of the touch screens and I was notified that my order was ready by text message. Had minimal interaction with Shake Shack's workers, although they seemed fine.
Husband food was great. I was little disappointed by the chicken sandwich I ate it was too greasy more greasy than the fries. The fries had no grease. I don't know if it was because we came close to closing but I think the chicken should be drained before putting it in the sandwich.
Not a big fan of shake shack. I had a smokehouse burger, shake, and Buffalo fries. The buffalo seasoning wasn't distributed on the fries, instead I had a tray of plain fries and seasoning was literally dumped on top of them, so there was a mountain of Buffalo powder on top - leaving me to grab a fry on top and tap the excess powder off, onto fries underneath. Lame. The burger was interesting, didn't realize I wouldn't get any veggies on my burger except the cherry peppers that came with it. The burger was "meh", and the bun was oily. The meat of the burger was mostly cooked until it looked like it was absolutely, positively, without a doubt long dead with crusted edges and all its internal juices squished out. Thank God for the cherry peppers, they allowed me to not notice the missing flavor/soul of the meat. The shake was okay, though it was very small for the price - I still very much prefer Friendly's or DQ's shakes any day. $20 for that just wasn't worth it.
I'm a big fan of the truffle burger and fries. Thankfully they offer real aioli, not a mayonnaise counterfeit. The prices are fairly reasonable. I wish they were open a little later. I'll be back.
