The store manager is not worthy of having his job position at the Parsippany Mc Donald’s. One of my kids tried getting a job at that location and we were completely ignored! On the third visit to the store, my daughter went back to find out if they had any positions open. The store manager wouldn’t even acknowledge us standing there. He seemed angry and annoyed. He had one of his employees give back my daughters application, then we were told there were no jobs available. We were told he would give us a call on a Saturday, in which we never received a call. Be careful where you employ your teenagers. This guy looked like he was ready to hurt someone. The other workers there were very helpful but looked afraid of the store manager. Very unprofessional!!! I will be contacting corporate about this situation.
Forgot 3 items on our order. Also didn’t put milk or sugar in coffee as our order had said it..
Rude employee was very snippy with me. Also they got my order wrong. I really wasn't happy about that ?
We ordered a few dessert items last night around 9 PM (Oreo McFlurry’s, cookies, and Caramel Frappés). The guy working at that time was very rude and said that we were wrong to place such a big order at closing time. The closing time on the internet is listed as 11 PM. I didn’t catch the man’s name unfortunately. Quality of food was great, but the customer service was 100% lacking and this location definitely lost my business. I will drive out of my way in the future to go to another location.
This McDonald's store need to improve their quality of food urgently. Buns and bread is not fresh. I have tried it several times but always disappointed. Problem is that the old burger buns are not only tasteless but also harm stomach. This is a open HEALTH HAZARD so if the store doesn't improve on this then it might be necessary to take further steps to involve concerned food officials as to how they have approved the store to operate. Anyone going to the store can easily verify this by ordering a simple burger from this store. Hopefully they will improve the quality since its a such a nice brand and one store should not spoil the brand image.
Saw the McRib was back so I wanted a sandwich.. got this McMold instead. Gross. And the person refunding me didn't apologize and acted like it was a complete inconvenience for her. Stick with Chic-fil-A for good quality and service.
Love their Egg McMuffin. Good service. Sandwich was piping hot.
Fresh food, quick service and friendly staff. You can't go wrong.
