Bad experience. I've ordered from them before via UberEATS but this time we went in to eat. Waiter seemed very smug and for some reason they switched from the first server I had.I actually felt as if I was being racially profiled and belittled by the second waiter. Food is good but the service is very questionable.Don't ask me if I want change, just bring the change back! I not only felt belittled but also hustled when paying for a meal that he acted like we couldn't afford.
Great place. The staff was friendly. Bartender was extremely helpful and attentive. Food was good delivered fairly quickly to me at the the bar.
I've been to dozens of Longhorns all over the county, my only complaint about this one is that they were a little understaffed. My salad came out just before my steak, & my steak was med well, I literally took one bite of my salad & my steak was sat down. I sat at the bar, & she was really busy. My drink was correct, my order was correct, so I was very happy, gave the waitress a 35% tip, highly recommended!!!
Went there last night for dinner, the 30 minute wait was to be expected on a Friday night and not a problem at all. Upon being seated, we were greeted by Carlos, our server for the evening, and he apologized for the wait and let us know that it was because they had several people that took off that evening. In all honesty if he didn’t mention that to us, we would have never known that they were short staffed that evening. The service was what would be considered exceptional for a restaurant operating with a full staff, to do that with limited personnel is exemplary. The food was cooked perfectly to our liking, and Carlos did an excellent job of making sure that we never waited for a refill of our drinks and came to ensure the satisfaction of the customer several times. His work ethic, personality and professionalism made the experience even more pleasant for us.
Haven't been to longhorn in quite a while due to covid went to have the prime rib that I always used to get which was always fantastic and they did not have it, they stopped serving it during covid so I got the porterhouse for two and was disappointed the steak was thin, and they oversalted it. And over spiced it., But on the bright side of things wait staff was great got there a little after 6:00 only had a 5- 10 minute wait , so I went to the bar and we had a drink everything was great there. Once we got seated everything came in a timely matter for a Saturday night . My wife had the filet mignon and said it was very good so we will come back again although next time I'm in the mood for a nice thick steak I think I will go to Arthur's steakhouse in Morris plains.
The experience was greatThe the young lady that greeted us was very friendly and warm.The waiter Casey was fantastic.The food was very good and the French onion soup was great.All in all it was a very rewarding experience. We will be going back again
Order frequently takeout as my parents really enjoy it and the do not travel out much. There is always something missing even after I request them to double check. It's usually not worth a return.
My wife and I had dinner here and Harlie was our waitress. She was PHENOMENAL!! Kind, courteous and helped picked the steak I wanted. Her attitude was awesome. Kept checking in on us to make sure everything was perfect. I did say to my wife that the service here was outstanding by everyone. So many different individuals chipped in and helped. But I wanted to call out Harlie because she truly was AWESOME!! Good customer service goes a long way. I highly recommend you stop here for dinner. Food was fantastic!!!
We came out for our first anniversary together, and we Had Nick as our server. He was so polite and very attentive. Our steaks were amazing and our deserts were to die for. Thank you nick for a wonderful experience. :)
I would not go back to Longhorn at this location. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there and the job was forced on them by the government or something. No smiles from the hosts and the waiters.We understand that there could be shortage of staff in many places. What we don’t understand is why does that justify bad service. We ordered soft drinks and water a couple of times during our dinner. I specifically mentioned NO ICE in every drink. All of our drinks came with ice. On one order we said NO side, just the hamburger. We got a cheeseburger with fries.The food was just ok.We didn’t mention this at the restaurant because, unfortunately, now anything that is said by the customer is considered rude.
