I ordered online and went to pick up for a party and I was missing food. I ordered 4 large sandwiches which are $15-20 each. When I opened up the bag, I was missing a sandwich and one of the ones I received was 100% messed up! I called the store and they told me “they forgot to give it”. I was charged for the sandwich and they said they are going to issue me a refund, which I did not receive. This is a sign to check your bags before you leave the store. I am very disappointed.
Good, but pricey. Over $50 to grab sandwiches with our 9yr old :(

They remodeled the store and it's even better! Always make great sandwiches and accommodate anything else you ask for.
