I got turkey sausage egg and cheese wrap and they give me cheese baggel and egg wrap, even not telling me if they r out of stock or not.There is n Indian lady around 40s works here, she is the only nice people, others are terrible at service, communication, and as u see they did not let me know what i order and what i got
Literally waited more than 5 minutes for someone to come to the front and serve me. Called out for help, knocked on counter, and nothing for 5+ minutes. Wanna know why? Because dude working at 4:55pm had his air pods in and was on a phone call. Proceeded to stay on the phone call while helping me once he eventually came up front. Most unprofessional dunkin donuts I've ever been to.
Good donut
Employee was very very rude, he don’t want customer. He was sitting a chair when I entered at 4:40 he start route with me. when I was ordering my food he stop me 3/4 times. For his rude behavior when I cancel my order he just said me go ! I was regular customer !
I don't pay mind to the other coffee brands, I prefer Dunkin. The one by New Rd. In Parsippany is closest to where I live, the gentleman behind the counter is always a sweetheart to the costumers.
İ made online order and stop by there for pick up.There was an empoloyee extreamly rude and he said expresso machine is not working, as a result he can not procces order. İ said its fine, understandable, just refund payment than.He refuse payment, i ask him to i would like to talk wirh manager, he also refuse it. He said come back tomorrow for refund.They dont even deserve 1 star. Dunkin is great company but they give franchise anyone has money and they dont even speack english.
The worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area! The staff are often rude, the place is not kept clean up to Duncan donuts standards, they tell you the bathrooms are out of order. Every time I’ve gone there in the past I’ve walked out thinking this place is nothing like the Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to around the entire country. Do yourself a favor keep driving another half mile and go to the Dunkin’ Donuts in West Caldwell or Caldwell
