First of all they don’t deserve not even one star. I came in this morning happy and came out just feeling unhappy. Very rude women and one them I had asked for whip cream on my latte before paying and I didn’t get it. Nicely I asked and said can I have whip cream and she said it’s $.50 extra so I said ok I’ll pay for it. She turn around with attitude and said this time I won’t charge you but next time I will. There won’t be a next time for me. Rude!!!!
Stopped in for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Typical D&D. Service was prompt, the store was clean, the prices were average. Nothing special here, nothing negative here.
This is day two of me ordering myself an iced coffee and an espresso shot. I ordered them separately. I even ordered the espresso shot first and it showed on the receipt and not as an add on. I bring this to the employees attention, nicely up until he gave me an attitude, and he asked me how he’s supposed to know that. Told me to, next time, order it separately. Even gave me my iced coffee with an attitude. I have worked for Dunkin’ Donuts before and I know how to read my orders correctly and I’m also a manager. This staff needs some coaching.
Stopped off here while travelling back home from NYC. I couldn't find a starbucks anywhere and I was driving late into the night so I needed a pick me up. It was only a woman and a young man working at this location. You can tell it is privately owned. They were all over the place struggling to get orders ahead of mine correct and they made my coffee with no sugar.. I didnt know if it came sweetened but then they also didnt asked me if I wanted cream or sugar when ordering a caramel macchiato for the first time at dunkin. If you're a local and go here often i guess it's okay but had i waited one more stop i would of been able to get my starbucks coffee instead. Hard pass for me if i am ever in this area again. They need more workers and they definitely need to be more attentive to the customers especially ones mentioning they are from out of town or mentioning that they've never ordered their specific drink from that location before. Maybe offer suggestions next time.
I bought cheese grilled as yum & amazing as I expected
I ordered a mocha latte for an online pick up today and they gave me a regular coffee...the color was a dead give away...plus there is a price difference. The worst part was I didn't realize it until I was at work and I couldn't turn around and switch. Please read the orders not just put what you feel like in the cup. Again bad experience I ordered a small latte and they forced me to take somebody else's latte that was sitting there. Again being cheap and nasty. This isn't my order and they refused to give me what I ordered. I will be calling coporate.
The place is clean but the cashier lady was careless, and the coffee was disgusting. None of our food was cooked at all.

This morning I waiting to Dunkin' donuts they were quick I was in and out like a heartbeat the man made my coffee the way I liked it very good place
It's eh. Disappointing to get old lukewarm stale coffee & an stale muffin at 10am.
