Four! Four hash browns! Are you kidding me???
Ordered on the app. Order wasn't ready when I arrived. The guy was on his phone the whole time. Had to ask him to wash his hands. He was so into his conversation that he didn't complete neither my order not the 2 people behind me. They ended up asking for a refund. And my sandwich was wrong. Will never return.
The first time I went it was very good. The second time not so much. I hate that every employee makes the drinks different. I like consistency, but the employees were nice.
Really bad experience. I ordered a coffee off one of their promos that read "$2 for a medium hot coffee", ordered exactly that, guy charges me $2.76, and I asked "why was I charged that, when it says $2 for a coffee".He was confused and said that the price off the promo is wrong and what's in the register is correct...Also asked me to leave my dog outside even though DD is pet friendly, and my dog was in their only for a moment with me, and wasn't bothering anyone else.
Terrible slow made food wrong. Highly don't recommend
You can't use the Dunkin App with another coupon.
Poor place only has one worker.
Service is poor. Been there twice. The first time, the line was out the door. The second time, the people behind the register were so busy with online orders, they ignored me. Won't be coming back a 3rd time
Start opening up your dinning rooms enough is enough with the Covid nonsense. I don’t go to any Dunkin that still has their indoor seating closed.
