Super quick service tonight at 6:30!
Totally incompetent staff and management. I ordered a large hot coffee today and as I was getting into my car the lid came off and the entire hit coffee spilled onto my lap and car seat! When I told the manager that the staff had not put the lid on properly and as a result my led was burned from the hot coffee , instead of apologizing the manager tried to intimidate me and acted like he wanted to get into a physical altercation!!I asked for the business owner name and was told the business has no owner!The managers name is Luis and he was totally confrontational , unprofessional, and should be fired immediately!!I do hope the owner reads this review and does something about this individual!!!
