So i tell them my order, simple, one small cheese with pepperoni, one alfredo and 8 bbq wings, and a 20z sprint ( which mind you they forgot i had to go back and get it). I got no receipt or order number just asked for my name, when i come 10 mins later to ask for my order i get asked what was my order again like they had no idea what they were doing. Okay. Racist? Maybe but what made me write a 1 star is the no plates and no napkins ??♂️??♂️ Come one guys i’m a former Dominos employee i never missed the pepperoni on my orders its simple dont make it complicated on someones first time visiting you
HORRIBLE DOMINOS LOCATION!! Avoid at all costs! They left my drink and 2 sauces that I paid for. I didn’t realize that they left the sauce. I thought it was inside the bag. The driver brought the drink back to me and left it right on the door. I got to him before he left and asked about the sauce and he had the worst attitude. He told me I should have asked him to bring it on the phone. Why should I have to ask you to bring me something I ordered and paid for? They acted like k was in the wrong when my order was incomplete and they had an attitude to make it right. Just a horrible experience with them.
My girlfriend ordered food for delivery. They forgot the drink and later we noticed they forgot another item too. We politely asked the driver when he arrived to drop off the drink a minute later about the sauce and he was extremely rude and blamed us for not noticing and calling immediately when our food was delivered. Just a horrible experience.
In past ordered from same location and never had any issue.. this time Pizza delivered. Horrible pizza, burnt when tried to take one slice it’s start coming apart, tried to call store no one picked up, drove to store and store manager Megha couldn’t find anything wrong with pizza :( .. refunded and refused to make pizza for me and walked away..not ordering again from here..
I freaking order almost 2 hours ago & I still haven’t got my order, the store is only 5 MINUTES from where I am! Im out here on a family trip & is 12:07am we got to the hotel at 10:30 when I did the online order & I HAVENT GOT NOTHING!!! WORSE THING EVER!!! Will be going in person tomorrow to request my refund since they cant do nothing right & dont answer the phone! Will definitely make a complaint with corporate
Best Domino's location in Parsippany. They add plenty of cheese. Wings are also delicious.
Grateful. Everything was perfect. Only issue i encountered was technical. It took me 4x to put in my order and it go through. The website is wonky
I always use the app to order and have only had positive experiences with this location! My kids love the pizza too!

Marked my order as delivered after over an hour waiting, when I called to ask where it was it took 15 minutes just for someone to pick up, only to have him cancel my order and hang up on me. I'm still waiting on a refund.
