VEGETARIANS beware: the kids that work here don’t know how to keep a clean station. There are meats all over the slab, even fell inside their vegetarian option items, like sofritas and fajitas. We’ve ordered 3 times already over span of 2 months (5/2022) and the vegetarian bowl always had chunks of meat. when you tell them there’s meat, they just pick it off your bowl and throw it away and serve you same bowl.
I usually don't like leaving bad reviews, but this experience was really lacking. I know that this Chipotle closes at 10pm on a Tuesday, but I was there at 9:30pm exactly. The employees were already cleaning up and I get they want to go home. But you are open till 10 PM, if that is not true they need to change the times they are open online. The food that they still had out was being cleaned around with a spray bottle which is fine, but spray the towel not the surface = spray in food. The employee that served me almost didn't change gloves after cleaning said space, but the manager was thankfully next to him to reminded him. And the food at the counter was really old. Proteins looked fresh, but the guac was brown and there was no sour cream. I get the whole guac being brown thing (air plus guac = brown), but telling me there is no sour cream with you manager looking on was not the answer. I also know from experience with other Chipotle locations that they keep extra tins in the fridge for this reason, this might of just been a knowledge deficit, but again the manager was right next to him. This isn't my local Chipotle that I usually go to, but the Brick location at least keeps filling the line until 10 PM (while usually cleans at the same time) and doesn't skimp you on what you ask for. I will try this location again due to it's convenient location, but probably earlier in the day or not at all.
Welp, I was greeted with a “Hello Sir”. I’m a female. So that was a great start. I thought that would be the only mistake.. but no, I’ve never had a smooth experience at this location so why would I expect this visit to be any different. The staff just doesn’t care. That’s what it comes down to. The restaurant is always dirty, they are always missing five items from their menu.. Additionally, the cashier was leaning on the counter behind him, messed up how he charged us probably because he was more focused on leaning his butt on the counter, and then when we asked for a bag for our order which he forgot.. he threw everything in so carelessly.. including the sauces.I’m just tired of this location always hiring people with no professionalism. Is Chipotle not paying their staff enough? Their staff always seems like they have a vendetta against something and take it out on every costumer.
Great experience! My brother and I brought my dad here for the first time. He is 75, although you would not know looking at him. The server was very patient with his order. He loves it! In addition, my brother has multiple food restrictions. The staff was very patient and understood the situation providing him excellent service.
Be careful ordering online on the app with this location. They used to be great In the past but this new staff cannot get it right this time and it’s frustrating and unacceptable as it is purely reading instructions and following them.My last two orders have been wrongly made. I had placed a veggie order and they made a bowl with only chicken and beans.Today I placed an order stating no sour cream and they made it with extra sour cream. I have a lactose issue.I eat at this location at-least once a week, but unfortunately I will have to go elsewhere from now on out.See the pictures.
I just placed an order through DoorDash and the one time they actually deliver it to the correct address!!! I get my food or lack there of…I paid $17.75, in which, doesn’t include the tip for the driver!!! Being they charge you extra for every topping at chipotle and for god sales if you are going to do that can we see it!!!!!! I basically got no rice. Paid extra for Barbacoa and didn’t see that! Paid almost $5 extra dollars for guacamole and queso but didn’t get the guacamole and guess they just didn’t feel like putting the black beans I asked for on. I ordered this on my way home starving and it was bird size portion I am sick about this!!! Worst portions I have ever seen. Don’t bother calling the store because the team hasto focus on MAKING ORDERS!!!! It’s an automated service to add to one’s frustration! I can’t believe I paid over $20 only to have to order more food
This Chipotle is obviously and continuously understaffed. Trays in the steam table are empty, the ice machine is out of order, wait times are ridiculously long, table don't geg cleaned. In the middle of the day on a weekend, there are only two employees running the whole place. Every time I come here, it's the same issues. If there was another Chipotle in the area, I would go to that one instead. The remaining employees deserve a lot of credit, though. They are working hard to keep this place going, but the management clearly can't attract or retain employees.
The manager or worker their her name was Kaityln was so rude and food she was serving was stale and gross.. rice was uncooked raw. When asked about the situation she asked us to throw the food. This is second time in the month. My mom got sick after eating food from this chipotle.zero star!!
I should’ve viewed the ratings and comments before I went inside to order from this establishment. I notice the restaurant attendants could careless about customers time and transactions being correct. I never been to a place where you have to basically beg a server to give you a correct receipt. Basically, my card did not swipe properly and on the second swipe I was handed a "authorizing error" receipt. The server kept arguing that the machine does that and the receipt I received is correct. How hard is it to do your job and give me a proper receipt? I ended up calling the manager over and she gave me one asap. I think you guys should train more because any other person (such as my family members) would’ve went off. Do better guys!
I have been eating from this place since couple of years. I go here only because it’s close by to where I live. Customer service is not upto the mark. Taste of the food they make is decent enough which is why I gave 2 stars. We placed our order, made the payment and opted to dine right there. They could have showed minimum courtesy of moving those burrito bowls towards us but left it right where they packed and went back.
