Not willing to help you unless you speak Korean.I tried buying a cake while they were closing. I approached them at the same time a man who spoke Korean did but they willingly helped him and told me they were closed.Driving to Paris Baguette where the service is always A+ and all the food is delicious. Maybe I lucked out after reading the reviews below.
Absolutely disgusting!!!! Went to get a banana pecan muffin took a bite and in the middle i saw something that I pulled out and looked like a maggot that was cooked inside the muffin ?????? — went to bring it back to show them and I didn’t even say anything just showed the manager in the cafe and he already knew what it was meaning he knew how disgusting this place is and how the health department should be checking in on this not sure how they are open with bugs in the dessert !!! i will never in my life give this place 1$ again absolutely needs to be checked out !!!!!
I bought a green tea pastry and a strawberry Jam roll cake.The pastry tasted like it had fish sauce in it. The strawberry jam roll was very dry.Not recommended.Recipes need to be fixed.
I found an employee put tongs on the checkout table and used it again without washing. I pointed it out and then another employee washed it out only with water and he just put it back! They don't have idea of hygiene at all!
I stopped by here to get a small peach birthday cake for $32 and realized it's not fresh. And the cake was sloppy made. The cream in each layer was not even. Some area has peaches and some don't and some area has more cream and some less. Not only that, the sponge cake was burned in some area and this place didn't cut it out. It wasn't a pleasant cake, wasted money and time. Never get cakes from tous les jours again. Pricy and terrible quality. STAY AWAY.
Very bad customer service the staff are good but the manager she is very rood the cake is old the coffee cold they charge 2 dollars for empty cup very bad experience

Their cakes are not always fresh. The staff are rude and do not say truth about their products freshness. They advertise their working hours until 7:30 pm, but if you come by 7 pm, they are closed already, counting money and do not pay any attention to the customers. Never again!!!
I ordered a cake a week in advanced. When I go to pick up. They tell me the cake was not made. They tell me the person who does the cakes hasn't come to work. Which is not my problem because I paid for a service.They could of called me and told me earlier of the problem. It's very irresponsible showing up and telling me no cake last minute. I dont recommend ordering cakes from this location. They are not reliable at all. I did get my refund but no compensation or nothing. I ended up going to the Closter location and got a cake last minute luckily. I normally go to the location in Brooklyn, New York which are reliable however in Paramus I Highly dont recommend cake orders.
I ordered a case a week ahead and went to pick it up, ended up knowing that cake was not made. It was a birthday cake and they ruined the birthday. It was extremely disappointing. I like their bakery but I will probably never use this store.
