Thumbody is fantastic. Went there with my girlfriend yesterday and myself today, got Viet coffees light and sweet and it’s perfectly balanced. Great service, good conversation with Audrey and Marcus, and also nice bakery treats! Nutella banana croissant does not disappoint!
New Coffee spot alert!! (Ah well maybe im just late lol)It was tricky locating this shop at first especially since I didnt know where the entrance is exactly to Rothman Orthopaedics. Thumbody is located at the lobby. If you enter from the “covered/reserved” parking area, the doors will lead you straight to the lobby but if you came from Edge therapy, use the stairs to go down and you’ll find the cafe just right by the entrance doors on the right.Today I tried their Hulk latte which us a mix of ube and matcha. It was delicious! Like icecream lol if youre more into espresso and prefer that bitterness of coffee this may not be for you as it is on the sweeter side. I loved it though!I also got the ube cheese pan de sal; it had a nice flavor and i enjoyed the cream cheese. There is some grittiness to it which may be from dehydrated purple yam or ube powder (my guess only!) which i didnt mind at all. It added some texture actually. I’ll get those again.I was happy to have met Audrey and Marcus today-both were very friendly and pleasant. Answered my questions and shared to me how Thumbody came about. Started December 2021 and opened to the public January 2022. They shared that Thumbody is all about inclusivity and that we are all “somebody/thumbody”!! I love the concept and i love the vinly records decor! I will be back!
Extremely nice people, and I tried a customer favorite, Ube latte and it is delicious! Nice strong coffee flavor and a great afternoon pick me up. Highly recommend this place, I wish I worked in the building more regularly to get my coffee from this place.
I work in the same building and love this cafe! The Hulk is an amazing drink, and unique in this area. Everyday a Nutella croissant or Almond raspberry starts the day off perfectly. Great service with great drinks and food and music that completes this cafe. Looking for a place to go to for coffee or pastries this is perfect for you. Come and say hi to Marcus or Audrey to start your mornings right.
This place is the definition of good vibes. You walk in to an appealing set up, warm welcomes, and great conversations. They have various fresh pastries, food, drinks, as well as great music playing. Coffee? Their Ube latte is a fav! Not looking for coffee? They have other drinks that taste amazing, like my go to - iced or hot ginger tea. Thumbody has become my go-to coffee shop, I love It!
I stopped by after work and got a gorgeous ube latte with oat milk that tasted as good as it looked. Marcus was a wonderful host, and I am super excited to continue dropping by to try everything on their baked goods and drink menu as well as continuing our conversation.
This coffee shop is an amazing addition to the area. Really cool vibe/decor (love the vinyls on the walls!) super friendly, welcoming owners, delicious baked goods and awesome coffee.
My first time here...ordered goodies to take home to the family, including a ginger tea and my first Vietnamese coffee (i initially ordered it hot but the owner suggested I try iced for my first experience
This place has it all - looks sharp, great artwork on the walls, vinyl to check out, records spinning, not to mention the coffee and pastries! Everyone working here is friendly and a pleasure to chat with.
The vibe of this cafe was super chill ⚡️A great spot to just chill and listen to music. I LOVED their iced ube latte and their peach cobbler The service and staff were incredibly friendly!Looking forward to going back again!
