This is the worst Starbucks ever. The crew are careless, lazy, and doesn't want to work.The manager and the crew for this location should be fired immediately.They don't have milk, sandwiches or pastries.I am not sure why they are in business.Please close this store.This is shame on Starbucks name to have business like this.This is not the first bad experience at this store I came before and the Crew didn't want to serve the customers.
I was in Target earlier and the Starbucks looked closed from far so I didn’t go nearby. Enter at 8:50 pm, after I called the Starbucks number & it said it closes at 10. Was in the line for like 3 minutes and it wasn’t until a customer told me that their were closed. So I asked if I can order and they said no we closed at 9. It wasn’t 9 yet they didn’t want to make me a drink. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
Staff were friendly, and Service prompt. However, it needs a deep clean and refresh. See photos of dust laden phone next to the cash register and broken (sharp) cup on display stand
Stale coffee and rude staff. -1 star if possible.

8:15 am on a Monday and they have no espresso for lattes, no coffee brewed (had to stand there and wait for the coffee to brew, which stinks even worse because I wanted a latte) and egg bites were still frozen, so also unavailable. I get theyre thru target, but this was awful. Very disappointing. Won’t be ordering from this store again, which is a shame because I work in the building. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is the staff were kind and apologetic.
I demand Starbucks to change the crewUnbelievable slow never come back here anymore
OMG THE BARISTAS ARE AMAZING!!! Best conversations and they get my order right every time!! Clean space and by far my favorite Starbucks in the area. So convenient!! ❤️
Staff is so rude, not like other Starbucks at all. As soon as you come to the register the girl does not even say hi, and tells you that you will be escorted out if caught in target with your drink. I ordered a tall drink with no ice so she charged me an extra dollar with no warning and they gave me an extra pump making my drink way too strong. I’ll take the drive to an actual Starbucks next time.
Well to start off I ordered 2 iced chai lattes with pumpkin cream cold foam & most of my drink was just cold foam. Secondly, I asked the man who rung me up to add 3 individual egg bites to my order. He never once told me they come in packs of 2. So when I saw I got 6 egg bites I asked “hey how many did you ring up for me” and he said “3.” I said “I asked for 3 individual ones” he said “they come in packs of 2” never apologized. Never asked if I’d like it off my final charge. Don’t go there unless you want a rude, chatty inattentive staff.
