I go to this Starbucks almost everyday because I work in the area. The service and quality has gone downhill so severely I might just go to Dunkin’ Donuts. If I’m paying $6.00 for a coffee that is basically all ice I expect it’s made correctly. But more importantly your staff is not rude or rebuttal with some dumb comment. The small girl with short brown hair and large eye glasses was obnoxious this morning. I asked her to fill my drink as it was an inch from the top. She said “it has foam in there” -I responded “this drink does not have foam.” She said “when you shake it it does” -I responded I get this drink every day and it does not look like this. She then ignored me like I was going to leave. So the nice guy with the big hair had to talk to me because she had removed herself from the conversation. Let’s be clear, it was not made right anyway as it said additional chocolate powder and looked like a normal coffee, but also who works with the public and literally stops responding? If the woman Denise is the manager, there is no surprise why this is how they behave. Honestly Starbucks, you should be embarrassed.
This Starbucks store is anything but typical! I just happened to be a customer in their store on April 30 when a seemingly normal day turned into what could have been a nightmare. The once quiet mall with people walking by was suddenly replaced by people running and screaming for their lives! Not knowing what was going on, the girls that worked for Starbucks sprang into action getting everyone in the store to safety in a back stock room. They immediately pushed a giant refrigerator in front of the door way. They remained calm and were talking to everyone assuring them that the police said to stay put until they came to get us. They were offering whatever they had in back for us to drink and even apologized to the customers who had paid for a drink and never received!! This goes above and beyond their call of duty. They were extremely brave young woman and should be commended for their swift actions!! I thank them so much because it could have been something really horrible and they saved our lives.
Mobile order as usual and picked up ! Fast service and pleasant happy staff !!
The customer service was horrible. We waited for 40 minutes. We all kept asking where our drinks were after the first 10 minutes. Every time we asked they yelled at us and told us they were backed up. But people who ordered after us had kept getting there drinks and some were sitting and done with them. The manager was also extra snappy. Disappointed in their service.
Terrible, terrible customer service. Walked in and there were 3 associates there and no one even greeted, I waited at the register and they acted like they did not see me. I was the only one in the store because they had just opened. I asked for banana nut bread and butter, they charged me already and prepared the bread only to tell me they have been out of butter for weeks. You would think they would mention that before I paid. HORRIBLE SERVICE, do better.
What’s not to like from Starbucks. If you are a fan of Starbucks this place rocks. Baristas were attentive and they were fast. No lines which is great and offer mobile orders which makes it quick.
Not sure why I came here today to be told that they can’t do my wife’s drinking be told I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes just for her to have hers with hers was ordered first before mine. On top of that they were telling me it was a hot drink and cold drinks and then hot drinks are coming out first I don’t know how they could be, both our drinks recall. I’d already reported it to Starbucks Customer Service but it was a fight to get my refund on top of the fact of even having to deal with attitudes not the normal people but a little respect for your customers if you can’t work in the first place environment don’t even bother going to work tomorrow morning. I left with nothing wasn’t worth my time. Got a refund and told him to keep my drink.
The employees very rud never go back to that location especially at closing time the worst service you get
Rude staff who have no sense of customer service. They are happy to argue with you for 5 mins for a request that would take less than 30 seconds
Terrible customer service. A whole line of customers and no sense to quickly and efficiently process them. They are all casually speaking on the floor.
