Location is convenient but they are very slow. And they don’t announce the name of your mobile order so you’re left to guess if yours is prepared or not. They position the sticker underneath the sleeve so it’s actually difficult to check which drink is yours. I mean it’s a Starbucks so the drink qualities are largely the same but the service here is lacking compared to the other Starbucks I frequent.

Before I start writing a review I need to say that 1) it's my first time writing a review... 2) I'm a regular at Starbucks buying at least twice a day... So no I'm not a hater.But the service you get at this particular location is the worst of the worst long line at the drive-thru very rude customer service when you walk in you feel like being judged and you got the feeling like we don't need your business. My review comes after weeks I'm going there every day

I love this place there is so many other stores nearby. The staff is friendly

Their drive thru is run so badly its the worst one I've ever been to in the area. I have waited 40 mins every time almost for my food/drinks. And the line isn't even long.... god only knows how long you would wait when the line is out to the highway.I was there today and had to leave (others got off line too) because my car didn't move up once in 8 minutes and I have a upset toddler in the back. idk what the issue is and why everything takes so long and why when you get to the window the drink/food isn't even ready.... they need to run it much better.

The people working there are super helpful. When another patron grabbed my order and ran outside, they took the blame and cheerfully made me another. Glad I came inside where there was no waiting, while the drive through had 12 cars in line.

Worst experience ever. I am a barista myself and see what I saw.1. The 1st guy was making fun of customers drinks and cursing at them2. The 2nd guy was sweeping and then didn't wash his hands and took my order.3. The woman making the drinks was making the drinks wrong and had a nasty attitude.Fine..I still wanted my drinks and some pastries so I went to my car and saw this. I had asked for a bagel extra toasted and didn't even toast it.The ice coffee was not strong and probably weak with lots of water.I went in and asked for my money and the woman working there was completely unprofessional about it. She started becoming angry and grabbing everything and opening it and telling me "it's fine"I am sorry, I understand bad days but this was crazy and the whole place was so nasty. All the garbage cans were overflowing.

Regarding the drive-thru experience: The young lady managed to sprinkle the morning coffee with some snarky comments and a heaping spoonful of belittling attitude. #Starbucks, you can do better with emotional intelligence training for customer-facing roles.

They're always out of the good pastries otherwise they'd have five stars

Consistently way understaffed on weekday mornings. I understand it's their busy time, but mobile orders regularly take 5+ minutes longer than the app estimate and the drive-thru line often stretches to the street

They are good but it takes too long to get our food And coffee
