I really wanted to like this establishment but the take out I received left much to be desired. I ordered a Classic Smash Burger and fries. While the fries were acceptable, I found the burger to be dry, most of it was incredibly oversalted and the remaining was tasteless. I had to discard half of it in the trash. On a positive note, the restaurant itself was clean and the staff were pleasant, but that’s not enough for me to return for another meal.
Your average Smash Burger, not much to look at of a decent burger and fries. There can be lines during lunch hours so it’s recommended to order ahead via their website. It’s easy to order online and it’s always ready when I arrive. Good verity of burgers and chicken sandwiches, I tend to always go with the og classic. They are open to indoor dinning now and there’s ample seating. Service is always fast and friendly.
We enjoy the slightly more unique menu items like the crispy brussel sprouts, black bean burgers, and Smash tater tots. However, the classic burgers, smashfries, and chicken sandwich are great as well.Friendly staff that works hard to get your order ready dining-in or take-out.Smash is higher-tier fast food. Solid choice for a burger-n-fries family night.
A very nice and clean place with delicious foods, I highly recommend it.Join their rewards program and you’ll get free sides and coupons occasionally.Definitely will come back and revisit.
An upgraded Wendy's hamburger. I give it 3 stars because the three times I've been there the person working behind the cash register has absolutely no personality and when you go to pay they literally turn around so they don't have to face you when the screen gives you a tip recommendations. Not sure when fast food places started asking for 15%, 18% and 20% tips. I thought tips were for servers at restaurants.
Customer service was great and i recieved my order very quickly, food was great as usual. Store wasn't crowded at my visit.
Take a long time for the food. Very expensive, about $30 for two meals. What upset me the most was they also messed up my order and gave me just bun and meat at full price, didn't want to have to drive all the way back. Very bad experience, will not go back again.
My first time there and I had a single cheeseburger. It was seriously the best burger I've ever had!
Smash burger has one of the places to enjoy a grub. And as a matter of fact, their ability to make Brussels sprouts so tasty!!! Definitely worth 5 starts!Also join the club! And I think some outlets are better than others, but that review is for a different location.
The staff at this location are not friendly at all. Staff can be seen without masks. The wait times are also very high. Also, food quality is not good here compared to the past/other locations. Do not recommend coming here.
