I had the ShackBurger and it was so good! I could not believe it was a regular burger, everything about it was different! So juicy, tasty and fresh!
For years we ate our Sunday burgers at Bobby Flay's burger joint in Paramus, but, alas, they didn't survive the pandemic. How can you ru a burger joint if you can't make a burger to order? We ordered rare and got medium. Fries are processed and sub-standard. Condiments are those damm single serve packages. Decor and cleanliness are fine. Help is ok. We're in no rush to return....the search continues
Great meals. Burgers are perfectly cooked, fries were just right, and a fabulous shake! We don't live in Jerseyz but if we're in Paramus again, we'll be sure to grab a meal here!
Food here was below average for the chain. Fries were cold service was mediocre and shake was half empty. I understand that it is a mall location but was honestly disappointed by the experience. Outdoor seating was really nice to be on the patio.
I’ve been here a lot and the food is good, but I’m not going here Any More. I see way too many terrible reviews and photos. Staff is not friendly, Bottom line careless like their “Nanuet” store. I really love Shake shack the food is delicious but you guys need to hire a new crowd
If you like shake Shack, don't visit this place.. it's the worst managed SS I have ever visited. The shakes were too sweet.. the nuggets weren't even breaded and too garlicky.. the cheese sauce tasted weird. OMG who the heck is in charge of this place?
Deleted my original review of a 1 star after the GM called me back a week after dealing with rude employees. No follow up since we spoke, no video I requested of his employees trying to "fight" me as I walked away. It's been 3 weeks since I walked into this location after receiving a text my food was ready, only to be yelled at by the manager as she talked trash about her place of employment and blamed corporate for them shutting down their grills at 8 instead of the 9pm, closing time. While this was happening another employee was talking trash while cleaning the grill, making threats etc in front of the manager, while another two employees "Follow" me out while telling me they clocked out so we could "fight" manager also threated to call the Police on me apparently, as if I was the problem. Shake Shack corporate also failed to do much other then refund my original order amount, days after the incident with nothing more then "we heard you spoke to the GM". Terrible interaction all around, gave them 3 weeks to view the video for themselves and go nothing. Given the GM and Manager I dealt with, not in th3 least bit surprised. Not the first time with unpleasant interactions and less then sanitary conditions here, including mask around chins will serving food and in this case yelling at a customer.
Shake shack never fails , the food is always good filling and the employees are very nice
Door dash order didn’t go through but I still got my burger, in the end the black truffle burger was out of this world delicious. A very unique taste that made my mouth water for more. Very good and fresh I come here after work from AMC to get a bite to eat ?
First time eating Shake Shack. The food was excellent! I also loved the holiday cookie shake
