Food is AWESOME. If you’ve never cooked your own Galbi you gotta try it. Great friendly staff. We take friends from out of town.
Worst customer service! “Why they did last Saturday lunch is a question hovering over last few days. Last Saturday, after our family visit to George Washington Memorial cemetery, 14 people stopped by Seoul Galbi restaurant for lunch. Seemingly so quiet. The moment we were about to sit, two waitresses swiftly came and said “it’s reserved. You should not be allowed”: they were so rude and seemed angry. Some of us were so “shocked” at their saying and attitude. And worse is that they let seven of us take a 4-people table. We were triple shocked. Worst is that the manager murmured by herself so rudely and kept complaining why not following. Wow!
Looked for a Korean bbq while around Paramus, find this one. And damn I was happy. Nice staff. Very fast serving.The food was tasting and in a great portion !Did a bbq tasting with 3 meat. Great.And the little Watermelon slice comes with the check. Great gesture.I’ll come back for sure !
Poor service, got skipped over by a couple who arrived after us, server was not helpful about explaining the menu at all, we only got water and were never asked about drinks, waitress tried to take back all of our chopsticks and have us just use forks- how presumptuous to assume we can’t or won’t use chopsticks because we’re black. The meat was ok but I’ve had better. The vegetables were ok just very small quantities. I won’t be back.
Enjoyed an excellent dinner with great service. Truly authentic Korean BBQ with all the dishes you love from Korea. Highly recommend eating here.
Everything taste great and service was quick and friendly :) e we even got a free complimentary pineapple after that was really nice ?
I went when they were more empty and the staff were very friendly and helpful for our first time going! The food was delicious and it was an amazing experience. I will definitely go again and bring more company!
Our waitress for the dine in experience was very nice, she took the time to tell us the difference in the korean alcohol options and also very attentive. The sides were good too. The meats were good just wish they offered more per meat. I would recommend and would return here as well.
I was looking for a lunch restaurant with my wife, and we passed by and agreed to try it. The staff was so helpful, as we didn't really know what the different meals were. The food was outstanding! The portions are large, and I felt the prices are in line with today's market. I will come back again, and will try the BBQ. Thank you for making a wonderful day for my wife and I!
