Sun., May 15, 2022 - Location: Paramus, NJ - Hostess never looked us in the eyes. She never said, "hello" or "welcome to Red Robin's", etc. She was dressed as if she was going out to a dance club. Seating us was confusing for her, even though the restaurant was less than 25% full. My wife and I looked at the menus, decided what we wanted within 2 minutes and was never greeted by any wait staff whatsoever. Several walked past us, taking other orders, but after 15 minutes of being ignored we had enough. One of the coldest staff we ever experienced with zero greeting and zero acknowledgement. TERRIBLE! Who manages this place? Or is there any management there at all?

great food and great service

This was my first time dining at Red Robin's in years. I went with my family and the experience and food was mediocre. Our waiter was friendly but he forgot about us. We waited a long time for our food and drinks yet the restaurant wasn't busy. We saw that a party that came in at least 20 minutes or so behind us received their orders before us. To add insult to injury, by the time we got our food one of the orders was not correct. The waiter resolved the issue but by that point we were ready to go. I will give them another try but probably no time soon.

One of the worst experiences ever. Arrived and was told there would be twenty minute wait and there appeared to be two tables (not an exaggeration) occupied. After patiently waiting 30+ minutes asked hostess for update and was told wait would be more than 30 more minutes. Restaurant was not even busy. No consideration or apology for loyal Red Robin customer.

It’s what you can expect for a burger joint. But Justin was an amazing server. He was funny, attentive and got our order right. He was an amazing server. We would come back just to see him. The kids loved him. Justin is what all servers should be. We loved him.

Was just an evening with my girlfriend.Yeah I just finished shopping and we're starving so we decided to go to Red Robin.The fried pickles were good the burgers are great it took a little longer than expected but finally we got served and we were on our way home.It was not a bad experience it's quiet pleasant and the people there are great servers so if you're planning to go in a rush don't because they do take time to prepare your meals all in all I'll be going again.

Must be very short staffed. The service is very slow. Ordered coffee and got a cup 3/4 full, asked for milk/creamer it never was brought, so drank the coffee black and luke-warm. The meal came out but had to wait 5 minutesfor utensils - for chicken breast. Got a refill on the coffee but actually had to pay for a 2nd cup that was 3/4 full (at least they brought the milk with the 2nd cup). Best/most efficient part was paying the check with the little monitor on the table. Food was ok.

Better than decent burgers. Nice variety. Not the best burger in the land but still good and always consistent. Great bottomless fries. Service is usually very good and always very friendly. Really good experience and value. It's a regular spot for my family.

Red Robins food was very delicious and the bottomless sides were awesome. we had the best time at dinner. that I think I've ever had! Our server Justin was outstanding and full of personality he made sure we got everything we need and also made us feel at home we will definitely be coming back.

The only reason I included any stars was because the food was decent. Other than that, pickup experience was awful. There may as well have been 3 people working at this place, the smoke alarm was ringing and no one was shutting it off. The manager said “oh we’re connected to the mall so I can’t shut it off” which makes no sense. I ended up having to wait 45 mins for my order because the kitchen was backed up - only there was maybe 6 diners here. If you have a staff shortage, just close. The customer experience was far worse.
