Best waitress we have ever had she was attentive to our every need , I've been away 5 years last time was on my Birthday June 3rd 2018 Haven't gone back. Well food was a bit lagging and service not the greatest. This year 2 weeks after my 70th birthday, my family attended my granddaughters Graduation. They made the suggestion! I was hesitant. However you gained back my confidence.I was amazed how great it was. Thank you for being my favorite place, good to be back.!?
Always a great time at Red Lobster Paramus. The food, drinks, desserts, service and overall environment are great. The service is always professional and the environment is clean, relaxing and accommodating. My family and I really enjoy our restaurant outings at Red Lobster Paramus.
Overall great experience at Red Lobster Paramus. Excellent, professional, friendly and informative staff. The bartender/server/to go service caretaker was amazing. Top-Notch food recommendation - the Sesame-Soy Salmon Bowl, great tasting Lobster Punch and the chocolate Wave Cake and vanilla ice cream were delicious. Added bonus on Tuesday’s kids get a kids meal free. ?? Thank you for overall excellent experience and great value.

This was my first time at a seafood restaurant. Thoroughly loved the Ultimate Feast that includes shrimps, crab, and lobster! Great in terms of both quality and quantity. The food tastes delicious, employees are nice and friendly, and the ambience is cozy. Would definitely come back!
The Wagyu burger is so delicious. One of the best burgers I have had recently, fantastic. We had a party of five. Everyones food was prepared almost perfect. Lobster, seafood very fresh. Chef is wonderful service was good highly recommend this location. ?
We came in on a seemingly slow Sunday evening, restaurant maybe at 30% capacity. Got our bread, drinks, and orders taken quickly, but things took a turn from there. Our waiter mentioned that there was a lot of to go orders and it might take a little bit for our food. OK understandable, it is the pandemic and uber eats is king right now. Food took about 30 minutes, but our salads never arrived. When I mentioned this I was informed they were out of salad. OK, guess things happen. Then we realized we were missing a side dish as well. Took a while to let our waiter know, because he was possibly the only person working the floor, and also serving as the host. When he did check up on us and realized there had been another mistake, he took care of it to our satisfaction. Eric was his name, and due to his excellent customer service, we will be back again. No complaints about the meals, everything was tasty.
The food was good. Typical American cuisine. The 3 from the sea special is a good deal & value. however, the fish & chips quality is not something that I would recommend. The staff is friendly.
