If you're looking for a quick bite with alot of flavor, stop by. The food is always hot and fresh, the staff are friendly and accomodating and the space is clean and well kept - there are even some loose tables and chairs you can move around if you have a larger group and want to sit together. The atmosphere is fine but it's super simple so there isn't anything particularly entertaining if you have kids that need something to kept their attention but if you're not planning to make an outing out of it then you should be fine. Just a heads up that the driveway is actually immediately following the restaurant, not before it

The Indian guy that took my order talked to fast that was difficult to understand i felt i was in an auction, then he raised his voice for not reason, i understand lunch time can be very busy but don't be rude and don't charge twice

Very bad, I ordered my meal and came not cooked well, the chicken is disgusting, I threw it in the garbage......I'm believable !!!!

This used to be a good Popeyes chain location and I never understood the terrible reviews but after my experience with their manager I understood why. In this time, there is no reason to support rude and nasty businesses when there are other businesses that need our support more. I was refused being able to use a Popeyes promo offer, with her claiming it was not a real coupon which I regularly was able to redeem and asked to pull aside out of the drive thru. They could have just communicated that they no longer will accept the offer to be used, that's fine I can pick a different place. At this time I also did not realize they didn't give me my credit card back and I was parked next to the drive through for 15 minutes on a phone call deciding with my family where to get food instead. I drove away to a different location and realized I never received my credit card back. When I came back to get my card, before I could even say anything, the manager started to berate me that I drove away and left my card. Why would I do that purposely? Also I was in the parking lot within view for 15 minutes, you could have brought it to me then if you knew. I also only asked for my card back and said nothing else, and instead of politely just returning it, the manager felt the need to lecture me and look at me like I was below her. You could have just gave it back and said nothing. I can only imagine how she treats her employees as they all looked fearful. Don't support businesses run by nasty people please. I never took a close look at all the recent reviews, but everybody has clearly had a similar experience. The restaurant business is also a customer service industry, she should be fired.

Popeyes route four Paramus. The worst customer service ever nasty rude individuals that work there. I guess it’s true and they say they hire anybody!! Add whatever happened to having common courtesy and please and thank you!! I’m so disappointed will never recommend anybody to Popeyes! Can you imagine what the manager must be like if her employees are like this!! Then we aspera sweetie we get up to the drive-through window we wait 10 minutes for them to tell us it’s not ready!!
