Dashers beware. Popeyes does not check order pick ups to make sure the right person is picking up the order. I just had a delivery order for this Popeyes and the guy at the register said the order was already picked up; meaning they gave a customer's food away to someone else. SPENT 15 MINUTES in a hot car ( to not waste gas) talking to the customer and doordash to get the order cancelled so I can get back to work. Shame I can't give lower than one star.
The level of service here is truly appalling. Each time I go here, the order is wrong and items are missing. When brought up, there is never an apology. I ordered a family meal for about 5 people and was given only 3 sauces. When I asked for more, I was basically cursed out. The workers here are going to be the downfall of this business.
Huge ripoff double the price of regular Popeyes they should feel shame
If and only the cashier can talk understand English well. I told her 3 small cups for drinks dispenser and 1 ice tea. She gave 3 cups of ice tea. Then i said mash potatoes, she reply, no mash potatoes, so i order bean/rice, The receipt has mash potatoes order and i really got it.
Don't go in and order at the counter. When I was there the girl behind the register was totally overwhelmed. It took her about ten minutes to take my order though no one was in front of me and she got it wrong.
I just don't think Popeyes is that good. And the service is always lacking but I think that has more to do with location than anything. It's a 3 for me.

Missing 5 pc spicy chicken from my order . I tried to call them but they didn't answer a phone.
Terrible service.Girl at drive thru doesn't speak English and can't explain to me that they don't have dipping sauce! Girl #2 supervising her is pecking on her phone and doesn't care to help. Manager is 6 feet away and didn't notice anything. Also took my order wrong and don't want to fix it.For those chains that I give 5 stars for nailing the basics, this place is a joke.
