Staff and Food is very good everyone is very friendly and prices are fair
So one of my clients requested that we include some catered wraps, bagels, salads and hoagies to our already established menu but since we don't specialize in some of these offerings, we decided to outsource it! One of my clients recommended Paramus Bagels & Deli in Paramus, NJ for their large selection, and oh boy am I glad we did! Reputation is everything and this family-owned business provided not only the best sandwiches that looked and tasted amazing but their establishment is clean, organized and the customer service is impeccable! Lu the owner that took my order even spent over 30 min on the phone with me figuring out what was the best catering packages for my client! Who in this busy world does that anymore! Pricing is also very fair and competitively priced considering the inflation and high prices!People that leave a bad feedback for stupid and petty reasons are completely dunmbasses and inconsiderate as they dont understand the devastating effects it can do to your business! As I business owner for over 15 years, I understand! When I picked up my trays of food , they walked me to the back kitchen and was it spotless, I could have eaten off the floor it was that clean!Bottom line...dont and I mean don't, hesitate to cater your next event with them, you won't be disappointed but if you just want to walk in and grab something off their menu, you won't be disappointed in that either! Awesome to see this great quality caterers in a world that's hit or miss in many places!
@Natlie Levine - you are getting your bagel stores mixed up. Not sure because of old age or perhaps you skipped your meds that morning. I have been frequenting this store for years and the owners are super nice and professional. The food is made right on site and it’s always fresh. I never had any issues with the food or the cleanliness at this place.
I got delivery today form Paramus Bagel and Deli. Horrible and unsanitary service. They had all sandwiches and bagels messed up together in one bag. When I called back to complain about the way they have sent out food to the consumers owner’s response was “You didn’t asked for you food to be wrapped separately“. Not only it’s unhealthy but also is a dumbest excuse ever. Obviously these people don’t understand how businesses works especially in today’s environment when viruses and bacterias are everywhere.I would never order from them again. I certainly don’t need to get a salmonella or any other disease from them.
Repeat customer on the daily, give a lot of money to this business. Wrong order and double charged twice in two weeks. Done going here.
Fresh bagels and Delicious coffee. Best on route 17 and in the bergen County area. And the staff is polite and wonderful.
Oh my goodness!!! Everything about this place was nothing short of amazing! I loved the atmosphere. And the bagels were beyond delicious. You must visit if your in the area. Ps I went 20mins before they were closing and everything was still amazing.

Ordered 3 different types of bagels. None of them had any flavor. Never had such a bland bagel ever. Way better options out there.
