Complete "Karens" as the manager and assistant manager - they will both follow you around the place, stalk you, racially profile - all to make sure you paid for your old flat coffee or soda.Ask for a straw, they will ask for your receipt.Give me a break!Place is dirty too - sticky seats and bathroom was gross.
They need to fix their computers. I put in an order on the kiosk for a you pick 2 and a salad. The salad didn’t go through, unbeknownst to me. I ask the lady at the counter what happened and she immediately gave me an attitude. I asked to speak to the manager and she gave me an even worse attitude. DO NOT EAT HERE! Go to the rt4 location I have had better experience there.
I must be one of the very few folks who never ordered from a Panera Bread restaurant since they went to using iPads for all their ordering! I was astonished st how easy it was to place my lunch order snd how fast it was to pick up my salad, latte and delicious chocolate chip cookie! And everything I ate was delicious and reasonably priced.

Got one of the breakfast wraps and the avocado was hard. Usually they do a good job and are very attentive but this has been my 2nd bad experience. Last time the gave me the wrong sandwich for pick up order.
Food is delicious and fresh at Panera. This location has a nice outdoor dining area. They should put the menu scan on the window or on a sign outdoors. Am I the only one that finds this menu extremely confusing? There was a bit of chaos to get drinks since there was a ladder set up in front of the drink station with people working in the ceiling. That wasn't pleasant. Although obviously short staffed everyone was hustling to help out the customers. Why not put an extra garbage/bus station outside since that would eliminate the traffic back and forth to the rear of the store and passing by the food pick up area?
We ordered our sandwuches on line. Everything was ready when we arrived. Easy pick up! Food was great! Very tasty and fresh!

I’m sitting in the Panera bread parking lot right now and have been waiting for 20 minutes for my pregnant wife to get the toasted bagel and cream cheese that she ordered after they messed it up the first time. The fact that this wasn’t a task that was able to be accomplished in less than five minutes is baffling to me. The woman Behind the counter was incredibly rude. That said, the guy running the window was really nice and helpful.
