I ordered to dine in, when my food was ready they just set it to the side with out acknowledging me its ready. I went to ask for my things and started looking at my orders I noticed how my Chipotle chicken wrap with avocado was a very messy display and my sons bacon and egg on brioche was instead a egg and cheeze, when I went to tell them about the mistake they just took it and added a cold piece of bacon in it ?.This was for my son and I just had to throw everything out.I also ordered a fruit cup and never recieved it but was charged for it. I didn't bother anymore with this place because it's rediculous to have to continue asking for my stuff, didn't enjoy this spot at all.
Pick two were great. I had chicken soup and tuna sandwich. Good comfort food. Quick service.

Food is good, place needs more staff for cleaning areas and tables. We had to clean our own when we sat to eat.

Well it is Panera. Order through app. Dine-in, pick up at curb OR inside and then eat right outside under umbrellas. Good experience. Great food. Staff and Service was very helpful. Kids friendly too.
I sent an email because I don’t want her name to be posted publicly until the management look into the matter of how unwelcoming the cashier was to us (asian) and so sweet and respectful with the white customers. I like Panera, and the menu in general. But I didn’t appreciate the customer service.
We ordered our sandwuches on line. Everything was ready when we arrived. Easy pick up! Food was great! Very tasty and fresh!
