We were there yesterday (28-Jun). Not sure whether it was weekday evening or the sun is setting on this joint, the restaurant was almost empty and only 2-3 tables were occupied. anyway, we were a party of 5, got the table, and settled ourselves. Sweet mango mixed with chili powder (Spicy Tajin), tango taste, and frozen it is. We had not been in here for a long time but decided to one quiet week day afternoon recently and it was really good.Ordered mesquite chicken fajitas keto style without rice,chips, and tortillas and they were very accommodating.Lots of flavor, good service, and left feeling not stuffed and even lost a pound in the process!The chip salsa had a wonderful spicy flavor which I took to go and used it on scrambled eggs the next morning.No complaints!R.E. Katherine was very attentive and polite while we dined here. Food was absolutely delicious and fresh, alcoholic beverages were generous, and the dessert was so good! For a chain restaurant, the quality of food is so tasteful with good prices! We will definitely be going back to this location. Thank you Katherine for making sure we had a lovely experience!
One of the waitresses, I guess her name is Erica was very rude to us. Not only was she rude, but she was also lazy too. I had asked her to bring an extra plate, and she refused to do so.
Went to eat here, the menu looked good but very deceiving. The chips and salsa that came out in the beginning were probably the best/freshest thing there. I got the shrimp chipotle tacos they were ok. My dad got the choose three option he got a empanada, and 2 tacos. But like 30 minutes later we were in the mall abs he felt nauseous and felt like he needed to throw up. I don’t feel the best 2 hours later my stomach hurts and same with my mom her stomach hurts.The floor was super dirty very disgusting. Our table wasn’t fully clean the seats were still dirty with crumbs on them. The staff was good, very friendly. First and last time here.
Every time I go here for pickup, it takes over an hour just to get someone to as assist me, and then it's still not ready. If you can't handle it, then don't allow pickup. Simple.
Considering this is a chain I was pleasantly suprised by the quality and taste of the food here. The experience definitely left me wanting to come back to try other items on the menu.
Nice atmosphere, delicious food but a little bit of a wait for your food. The order was hot and good. I would have given 5 stars but we had to ask for everything. You're given one napkin wrapped around your knife and fork. Can we have extra napkins, really. Can we get a bag for our to go trays... Friendly service and once you get the attention of your server she responded quickly. Overall I was happy with my visit and will return. Remember ask and ye shall receive. Lol
This place has completely fallen off!!! The drinks taste like pure sour mix, even when I ordered a shot of Patron, I can tell it was something else instead. A sizzling fajita was ordered, but definitely the plate wasn't sizzling!!! The portions are soooo small, the service was awful too. I can see why the place was empty, wouldn't be surprised if this place closes down soon.
Horrible first and last experience. We were heading to Chili's but I decided to persuade my family to try new and boy did I mess this one up... Upon entry, no host. Got sat in 5 minutes. Our server was very kind, but not attentive at all. Only saw her when she took our order, when she brought the food, and at the end when we asked for the bill. Food took almost 40 minutes to come out, and wasn't even good! Flavorless chicken, hard rice, bland beans... Tortillas weren't even hot and they're kept in a case... The kids didn't even eat their meals because it "tasted icky". All this with an empty restaurant mind you! The only thing that was good was the water and the guac we got. Worst experience in a restaurant since covid started, will for sure never come back.
