Clean yes. That is important but it is absolutely freezing here. Even the staff, standing near ovens and boiling oil , are all wearing extra layers. The bosses should TURN UP the HEAT. Food, same as always, "you get what you pay for". But kudos and many thanks to the McDonald's corporate staff who switched to NON PLASTIC straws. I, and mother Earth's other creatures really appreciate it. Was that so hard? Have a good one-keep worki g on those global solutions. I understand you're looking at your pork supply chain, good. Go human, be human.
Usual McDonald's, only they forgot 2 orders of fries and the sauces for the nuggets. I asked for sauce and they wanted to charge me for them, even though it was on the receipt and they forgot. Little more quality control needed
While on line; cashier walked away to another register, and answered her mobile rather than take my order.What is that about???Can you constitute this as attentive and proper customer service???Time was ~ 8am?
Always check your bag after the drive thru, I guarantee there’s always at least one thing missing, even if it was put in and paid for.Prices are high for fast food. Can probably get away with it because of the area.Food is always good though, never had an issue with quality of the food, just the service.
Usually good, but oddly enough no hot tea... Had hot tea 6 months ago. Not the only McD w/o hot tea.
This is ridiculous every single time I order there something is messed up. Today I ordered unsweetened iced tea on the receipt I literally says unsweetened iced tea but when I go to drink it its sweet. A month ago I order a Big Mac with yes ketchup yes Mayo yes special sauce and they had all of them on it. This is ridiculous and I’m never going here again.
i never review places but it says they are open 24 hours on saturdays and sundays! waited on drive thru line for 25 minutes and then an extra 5 waiting to order only for them to tell me they’re closed! absolutely ridiculous! at least let people know they’re ‘closed’ lady was very rude as well!
To they guy that was working at the drive through window on December 9th at around 6:00 pm, you need to fix your attitude or find another job that doesn’t make your life so miserable and sad. I don’t expect top-tier service but the most decent humane thing you could have done was to talk with some respect.
Stopped in at 7am for some McGriddles and a med. coffee. Well! When I noticed the drive through MANGER gave me the bottom of the barrel coffee, noticed it dripping out of the thermos I had asked for a fresh cup from the pot over. She was immediately rude and told me No! I asked again why. Rudely she said “because I poured this one.” When I asked one more time for a fresh cup she proceeded to tell me I’m the problem and the she was canceling my order. I drove off with out my food and coffee. Checked my bank and there was no refund. Never again will I be going to this particular McD’s!
Hit or miss. When I go sometimes I would give it a 5 star than other times a 1 star cause what I ordered never matched what was in the bag or forgot to put the item in the bag. To even it out I went in the middle.
