VERY Low Standard Customer Service!?SO IGNORANCE & Didn't Value their Customers.?????All Staffs R ON Their PHONE & one of the girl still on her PHONE while she took my order [she even doesn't look at me when she took the order, because she was so busy with her PHONE].once I ordered Amaziingly She was Still on the PHONE for like 2 min then she start to make my order.[at 1st I thought other staffs will make my order]I guess whatever on her PHONE is more important than their customers ?
I had a coupon to get a bakery item so went to this location. I wanted to order the impossible sandwich but they couldn't take the cheese off so I went with the apple cinnamon pretzel. I ordered through the app and walked in the mall to find the location. There was only one worker so she didn't have my pretzel ready yet because she helping others. Another worker came and she got my pretzel for me and the main girl that was there sealed it for me. When I got home I ate the pretzel and it was pretty good. It wasn't too sweet which I liked. It was nice and soft as well. I had a good experience.
The girl name ( kaiona ) was absolutely rude and nasty. I called the store to speak to manager after I left there and the guy who answered the phone said he is the manager of the store and he was there the whole time and didn’t notice that the staff was being rude and owner is never there so there was no way to speak to the owner even though it’s privately owned.
I am always up for Jamba juice. Having moved to jersey 20 years ago from California, the readily available Jamba Juices everywhere is one of my biggest regrets. I can live without Carl's Jr, Jack 8n the box, Jimboys and most everything else, but I take every opportunity I can to visit Jamba Juice whenever I can.
I don’t understand why on Sunday they say open 24 hours and when I went they were CLOSED. Update your hours on google.
Everything seems to be fine, but there are some staff that needs to observe but still good customer service!!
They have a menu listed with the prices I order under the fresh shot menu however the price for the fresh us were off by two dollars, when I asked the cashier why the discrepancy she told me that’s for the bottled shots. I then proceeded to point out that it it says fresh shot therefore you should match the price that’s listed on the menu. She refused. I called corporate.It’s allied bait and switch and it is illegal

Before there was Juice Pressery, and all the other "fresh juice/smoothie" places,; there was Jamba Juice....or it's original name, Juice Club. Jamba has downsized allot in recent years, but the few others still left pretty much serves up most of the original smoothies and juices. This location is inside the Garden Stare Plaza mall, and service is quick and sometimes friendly.
