I wish there were no stars. Horrible experience. The most unprofessional rudest people. They are superMiserable and their drinks are horrible, reflects their attitude. I go to Dunkin yet I’ll never come back to this one. DO NOT RECOMMEND, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I ordered large iced latte.There was more ice than coffee.It was dispointed
Drinks taste good but they need to pay more attention to orders, they either forget something or a drink is wrong, but they are very apologetic and correct the issue right away. Last time I was there I order ahead of time and the drink order was wrong, they fix it and let me have the other drink for free but notice the attendant was on a video call while on the counter, while preparing the orders. Not very professional when the orders are getting mistaken.
Worst dunkins. The manager(looks Asian) today told me in rude way that they dont have any hot latte. They are only serving cold. And in a extremly rude way that she just want me to leave asap.
Worst place to get coffee. They are unprofessional.I have gone to this location so many times the service has been below standard.
Drinks weren’t so good and employee raised her voice at me for slightly leaning against the counter where people make coffee because “would [I] like it if someone leaned against the table I’m eating dinner at with their dirty clothes?!”…. Mind you no one was there, my clothes are perfectly clean and I was simply leaning….I figured I was more out of the way if I stayed there while waiting for my drink.
