Ghetto Dunkin. Horrible new management, horrendous workers. This doesn't mean they can't improve.They will deprive you of good customer service because that's how they run their stores.
Good coffee and donuts are their thing so can't complain. The panini are soso.. donuts muffins the way to go here.
This place can get a negative star it 100% would get a negative star. The staff is terrible everything is disorganized. Their scanners are old and do not work. Every week it's a different issue. The machines can't scan QR codes. What a waste of time stay away

This Franchise Dunkin' donuts is terrible.One of the worst experiences ever.Everything is dirty in the shop. Honestly will never return.Do yourself a favor and don't bother going to this Dunkin.
Today was bitterly cold outside, 7 degrees in fact... until I visited this Dunkin. Warm and inviting inside, the aroma of fresh coffee and a wonderful gentleman by the name of Milton assisted me. My coffee was the best I've had in a while. I do visit other Dunkins while on the road and their great but this Dunkins coffee was terrific. My coffee roll was so soft and squishy? Milton is very personable gentleman, cheerful conversation, he just made you forget about the fridgit weather outside. This was a little after 5am, it was a great start to my day and if you stop by, I'm sure you'll have a great start as well.

This Dunkin Donuts location used to be great. The staff was friendly, courteous, and most importantly, efficient. Unfortunately, new ownership has taken over. The place is understaffed, can't get the orders straight, the store had no skim milk for coffee at 730am, and trying to use the app at night, good luck. Someone shuts it off. Absolutely horrible.
No longer open 24 hours. this location was 24/7 for years and years and years, and suddenly now it’s restricted hours. New staff is incompetent. They don’t pay attention to online orders. Wish I could rate 0 stars.
the guy who took my order and made my sausage egg and cheese wakup wraps was new and didn't cook the wraps in the oven at all. the ingredients were all there, but was ice cold. he seemed new and assembled the wraps without cooking. when i realized they were raw, i had to stop at another dunkin location to have them cook them for me. very inconvenient, and i was late for work because of it. apparently, a new owner bought this place, and this was an all rookie crew as the previous owner took the old employees with him.
