They didn't have the new drinks on the posters in the window and it smelled horrible
Concentration is the key if you're working these places unless you're on the airpods and don't care about your customers that are trying to order. Lazy people working there with no manager. It seems like the other person just started or didn't understand what was being ordered.
Ordered a frozen hot chocolate. Made perfectly & they even asked if I wanted whipped cream! Very clean store. Nice staff.

The order i did..!!iced macha latte, They didn’t know how it supposed to be make. It was nasty, waste of money. Couldn’t even drink one sip and had to throw away.
It's so splendid.
Generally Love Dunkin! THIS particular Dunkin was less than friendly, when there. This employee did not want to be there and let it show. Hope it's a one time thing as most employees are warm and friendly at most DDs.
