Every time I come into this location, one the workers never smiling are super dry. my salads are half way they roll their eyes. I ordered through door dash and my salad was less then half of the bowl. Sad because I love going to chopt in new york especially the garden city location.
I’m an annoying customer that always asks 100 questions and takes forever. today one of the salad workers angelica, I think was her name made me feel welcome and was so patient with me. I got the kebab Cobb with falafel and added a bunch of stuff, it was delicious !!
10/10! They stayed open a bit later in order for me to pick up my food after I ordered and by the time I got there they waited for me. Highly recommend! Great food! Very nice of them!
Employees are only making online orders. If you are a walk in customer, they do not bother to help you out. Always poor experience with staff every time I go there. I love chopt salads and I wish they were more helpful
Every time I come here the service is incredibly slow, they are understaffed, under motivated and poorly operated. It’s almost guaranteed you see a customer leave while waiting on line because service takes to long and no one even acknowledges you. Today I left and another woman left. I guess losing sales is a part of the business model. All of this is a reflection of poor leadership.
For a first timer, the experience was not great. There were no directions posted or a clear menu on how the pricing was derived. I gave my salad choice first and was abruptly told that “we do that last.” I couldn’t see the protein choices, as they were covered. The staff all seemed like they were having a bad day and we were the only customers. Luckily, the salad tasted okay. Next time, I will either order online or go to CAVA or Chipotle for takeout veggies.
I am in the mall everyday and it was so hard to find something that’s healthy fresh and I would love. I walked into chopt not knowing if I will even place an order. It was a great decision I made and with the help of team member Rob I was hooked. The place is clean, friendly and most important it’s fresh and Delicious. I even forgot my keys there due to salad excitement, which were kept safely by rob. The GM is down to earth and so welcoming. I build my own salad and spend an average $12 daily. Never eating anywhere else in the mall. I will also further recommend my customers to grab a bite at the chopt in Bergen town center. You guys deserve it.
I’ve been a regular here for quite awhile but my last visit was not good. I was the only customer there in line waiting to be helped. There were 3 workers behind the counter and no one helped me. Instead they were prepping online orders. I wait several minutes but then walked out. Customers in person should be served before any pick up order.
I placed an online order and they couldn’t even get a written order right! I drove a distance to pick up a meal and I basically had a bowl of just lettuce and no dressing. Lettuce with no flavor! You only had one job….Good job
Great salads, great selection, great service. Only problems are #1 if you go late in the day, you may get some lettuce and avocado that is browning and #2 if you have nut allergies, you may find stray nuts in your salad, so be cautious. Overall great place for lunch.
