ZERO and NO Star. This is by far, the worst Chipotle I have ever been too. If you order online and go into this establishment to pick up your order, you will be waiting for atleast 20 mins to be acknowledged by someone and then you will wait another 15/ 20 mins for your order to made. There was atleast 3 workers walking around and cleaning ( which is great) but you should maybe make sure online orders as well as in person orders are completed in a timely fashion. Worst part about this whole setup was that the manager was on duty and (apparently) does not address the orders placed online until you get to the location and throw a fit (again 35/ 40 mins later) It almost seems as if you would have a better experience walking in this place to order (to have a decent experience). This is the second time I have experienced this issue(at this location)so I will NOT be returning and I will be making sure to talk to someone higher up about this as I was not the only customer annoyed about placing an order online and it not being ready when I arrived. ???????????? P.S Uber, Door dash, Grubhub customers etc don't waste your time ordering from this location as your driver will be late to drop off your order
Just ordered a burrito from Uber eats and they delivered me someone else’s left over food instead. Called numerous times and nobody answered. My lunch break is over and I’m starving. Disgusting people, never again.
Absolutely disgusting. Came to this location with my boyfriend. I have been to this spot a couple times and everything was fine. But this time was terrible. About a half an hour after I ate my bowl I started getting a headache. Later that night I threw up a bunch of times and all of it was what I had eaten. If I were to guess, food poisoning. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I beg you, stop eating at chipotle.
Smaller than average portions for Chipotle and they don't know how to "change the app settings" when ordering online. The app says the order would be ready at a specific time and when you arrive for pickup they were almost 40 minutes behind what the app was saying. My "ready at 5:20pm" order wasn't ready until 5:55pm. I was told they can't fix the app when asked.The staff however is pleasant at this location, but the quantity and quality of the food is at best subpar.
One of the worst fast food Mexican restaurants. Food quality is subpar. Burritos are bland and not exciting. They charge you for tortilla chips that aren't worth the money. Recently, I wanted quacomole but was told they didn't have any. Quacomole is a staple of Mexican food!To top it off, the employees are as depressing as an execution. They're so unhappy to be there. Get another job if you hate it that much.Won't be patronizing Chipotle after my last experience. Do better, Chipotle.
Hadn't been there in a while. The food was great and the staff friendly. There was an error when they rang me up. Otherwise it was good coming back after 2 years.
Extremely understaffed in the evening for online orders. Restaurant is just full of people waiting. Online orders take 2 hours and 1 whole hour in person. This is ridiculous!
Order is either wrong or missing ingredients 3 times in a row! Not to mention the overall poor quality of the food. Look at the photo I’ve posted. Would you eat this steak?! What about this rotting guacamole?!?
If you give out a 10 min. Frame for quick service done on your app. Than I should not wait 34 minutes for it. If you cannot make it in 10 min. Give a larger time frame to customers.So I should give you -1 star but that is not available.
