It's quicker to wait on line to order then get takeout. Takeout orders are immediately marked as processed, and if/when you get to the store at the advertised time, you'll see the understaffed takeout kitchen catching up on orders from 30 minutes ago. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

My first visit to a chipotle, friendly helpful staff, bowl with chicken was huge, almost two meals. Tasted great. Excellent iced tea also!!!!

Do not pock orders from here if you are with Doordash, or any other food delivery. Average wait time to get an order made is between 5-10 minutes with them. Not worth your time as you will lose on $ per hour waiting on their orders. Sometimes they can't even be bothered to put the receipt with the name on the bag of food.

This location is very stingy. And they were out of fajita vegetables which is annoying because they have a small selection anyway. If you are in the mood for Chipotle, go to the location at Garden State Plaza as it's better. But overall I'm disappointed and will stick to Moe's which has a better selection and value.

I’ve put a note and when I pick up the order asked again DID YOU GUYS PUT EXTRA RICE? This is their extra. After 3 spoons the food is done and they do it all the time! Horrible

I didn’t receive the extra rice & beans I ordered. There was only 1 other topping in my bowl so there was definitely plenty of room. It wasn’t busy at all in the restaurant and I’m not sure why ordering extra of anything is an option if the employees won’t follow the order. I also received a container w/ half of a whole avocado inside, instead of guacamole. This is my 2nd issue with a chipotle order (different location) in less than 24 hours. My issue was handled with customer service but it’s annoying I even had to contact customer service. Clearly if I didn’t have time to cook and ordered Chipotle, I don’t have time to be on hold forever with a customer service line.

The service is atrocious and the workers are rude and unmotivated. When going to pickup my food I wasn’t even offered a hello to a how are you. It feels like an annoyance even to ask for my food when that is the entire objective of the establishment. The food proportions were laughable and it didn’t even look like they put anywhere near enough food in my order for the price. Absolutely disgraceful I pay this much for a childish amount of food that a 4 year old wouldn’t even find filling. Overall this establishment taints the image of Chipotle as a whole and I won’t be returning. Incredibly disappointing and an abysmal experience. Next time I will be going to Moe’s.

Wow this chipotle is not good at holding a record. The service is only good if you go in and get your food made according to the way you want it. If you order online or via Uber eats or drive through the answer would be - don’t. Either your order won’t be right or your portions will be out of order.

Food was orders @ 5:45pm. They promised deliver @ 7:10pm .. then post phoned to 7:45 pm then to 8 pm and finally sent a casual message that they canceled. They weren’t even apologetic … terrible customer service … such bussiness should shut down … when people are trying to support business and ordering they don’t really care for their customers …

I love how they ignore phone calls. If you are only allowing customers to go through the drive through than you should answer calls. I’m on an hour lunch but have to wait 30 min in line for someone to hand me my food that’s already been paid for. This is ridiculous, I won’t be back.
