Food was very good, place was very clean, however the staff did not seem to care about the customers at all. I waited about 6 minutes just to have someone greet me and tell my family to wait 15 minutes when half the restaurant wasn’t even full. The waitress was kind but didn’t seem to have any enthusiasm or smiled. After we finished eating we waited 10 minutes for someone to come and take our order for desert and another 15 minutes just to get a check. Luckily the food was good, so either a 2 or 3 star for this establishment.
Had to make sure my order was correct bacon was added to an order I wanted without but other than that food was really good like always
We came to chils with kids, the lady in the reception was nice, the servers were also good,the horrible experience was with dishes (plates) that came unclean, it had crumbs from the previous servings, while asked to change they gave another set, later a similar incident happened while we ordered food for kids and the dishes were again dirty, you could wipe out the oil from the platesThe plastic glass that contained lemonade were also dirty, I saw that after I finished the drink in it, too hard to believe I had used it.I called the manager and complained about this and tried to make the payment asap and move out of the restaurantPost pandemic I understand everything is starting again and even we are trying to help the community and the local business but such experience can hurt our morale too..
The service was great though they were short staffed! The waitress was mysteriously hot! The Tv's were playing! The rain was raining! The people were peopling! My nephew was nephewizing...?
Horrible service sat at bar five minutes. Bar maid thought it was more important to hang out then tend to pay attention to customers. I had to ask her if I could order, instead of asking if I was ready to order. Food came out cold bartender never asked if it was ok. I will never return to this place anymore.
Terrible location. Manager on duty is terrible.. told me 45 min wait.. Hour and a half later with an empty restaurant, after asking to speak to a manager. I was told the kitchen was backed up with Uber eats orders and would take over an hour for food to come out even if I was to be seated promptly.. Total disregard for the customers that were waiting for over an hour and a half just to be seated, to then be told it would take an additional hour or more just to get the food..I was upset and left without eating.Never had such an experience where the restaurant was so inconsiderate of customers time and patronage
Standard chili's food. Food came out in a timely fashion.
I've been here before and everything was fine ,but this past time the food was cold the bartender messed up the order slow service. The wings were cold literally cold and we dined in. I told the manager and he thought we were joking or something.
Food is good but due to staff shortages, the wait is too long most nights. Once seated though, service was quite pleasant.
Its a chilis. Take your girl here, buy her some nachos, play some games, drink some booze. This same procedure works for boys night outs as well.Shout out to the 13 year old boy waite, little guy hustles, kept the cups full, and made sure my girl was well fed. Promote him to management asap. That kid worked harder then the entire front of the house staff all together
