Jalapeño fries was really good! Customer service really bad!
I went yesterday at 8:25pm to get a sandwich and the lady told me that they are closed because they were slow. They close at 9pm so why the hell would they close 35 minutes early...but in a BUSY MALL FOODCOURT AT THAT? And yes, we all know GSP is busy at all hours of the day as they were last night. They should take a lesson from the Paramus Park location so they can work on their nasty attitude. I get it, your job isn't ideal because you make sandwiches for minimum wage, but don't take it out on the paying customers!
I have eaten here many times and it's always DELICIOUS. Someone complained about lettuce and tomatoes on their cheesesteak. The beauty is, you get to TELL THEM what you want on your cheesesteak. Duh! I usually get fried onions, cheese and ketchup. I also get cheese fries and they are DELICIOUS. Then I make an appointment with my cardiologist. kidding.
I used to love Charlie's but they made massive changes to the menu. For starters they no longer have american cheese, secondly they put vegetables on the sandwhich by default cheesesteaks should only have grilled vegetables like onions and peppers. Luckily they now have the old school which is good but that's only for a limited time. So once the old school is gone I'll not have much of a reason to come back.
It is insane that the manager on duty October 9 at 12:11 pm told me they could not remake my order after being told numerous times that it was picked up by someone else that obviously wasn’t me because I never got my food horrible management stupidity paid for food I never got ended up spending more money somewhere else
Delicious and fast
The cashier here was so rude and had a nasty disposition. He claimed to be the owners son. If that is the type of service they have, they can keep the sandwich. The food is just ok its not great. Certainly not worth the aggravation.
I just went to grab some of their jalapeno fries. The line was short on Saturday evening, and the workers were nice. The fries were pretty good, although I think 5+ for a small fries is a bit much.. Otherwise all good.
