Very rude lady in the front. Food is good but not worth the aggrevation.
This food stall is located inside the Hmart Korean supermarket. The management is doing a pretty good job by keeping the food court nice and clean.U Chun offers variety of dishes at reasonable price. Taste and portion are ok and it offers better value than a lot of fast food chain.
This is the long time gen that use to be on Board Ave in Palisades Park, offering the best naengmyen for years before it closed a few years ago. they expanded the menu to more than just their delicious cold noodles way before they closed and it looks like with this new spot, they built upon that with many more offerings. It's tucked inside the new H-Mart's food court in Little Ferry and their galbi tong is really good. Soup is very flavorful and the beef is extremely tender. Their prices are as much if not more than some full service restaurants but the food is very good and worth trying if you are in the area.
From day we connected manager of resturant he was fantastic. He supported a lot when selecting menu. Great service and delicious food
U chun is a very good little hidden gem inside of the H-mart. It's a little pricey but sooo worth it. There are a few dishes really worth getting. Number 16 the cold noodle dish Naengmyeon is very good. The broth is delicious, its vinegary and hearty and obviously very cold. Its very refreshing. Another great dish is number 6 which is a hearty hot bone broth with noodles pork. Its so good. But one if the best things they sell is the tofu soups noodles comboed with the grilled short ribs. These are all go too dishes. If you come here id recommend starting with those and over time exploring the rest of the menu. Definitely worth coming too.
Real-deal Korean food in the new H Mart food court. They have a wide array of traditional dishes like tofu stew, bean stew, cold buckwheat noodles, and grilled short rib.Their stews have such deep, vibrant flavors and a hearty array of veggies and meat. The portions are generous and accompanied by banchan, small side dishes to enjoy with rice.Personally, I adore the piquant and comforting kimchi stew, as well as the rich and savory beef rib soup.Prices are on par with the rest of the food court, and food usually takes around 10 minutes or so. It gets a bit slower during busy hours.
They are back in a H mart food court!!! So glad that they reopened at this new location, even if it’s a bit far from us than the old palisade park location. The food is as good as before, plus you get to do grocery shopping in the brand new h mart with a better selection.

They have now permanently closed! This was my favorite place for Korean cold noodles (naengmyeon). They were often very busying during the summer months but business has slowed considerable over the years and even more so after COVID. Takeout only was especially hard since naengmyeon doesn't do so well for delivery. We ordered it a couple of times and it just wasn't the same. It's a shame that they have now closed. I hope they can reopen again when this pandemic is over.
Great and flavorful food, I love the mood the spot has, and the workers were very welcoming. Will surely visit here next time.
